Hi 😊, it's been such a long time since I posted here. Hope everyone is well.

I am at a weight, and have been for some months, that I feel happy at. I am trying to titrate down doses and see where I can still maintain. I had been taking 10mg. I have ordered a 12.5 pen and only administer 7.5 in an attempt to save money with a view to reducing to 5mg at some point. Do providers query why you are not ordering on a 4 weekly basis? What if I move providers and the date of my last prescription is too long ago for them to supply the 12.5?

I'm with Juniper and they will routinely allow 8 weeks between orders without any questions. They just ask when your last dose was and as your last dose was within 2 weeks of ordering, they are happy to prescribe 8 weekly.

I get a 15mg pen and take 10mg (40 clicks) a week. I haven't explicitly told them that. They allow for stretching doses (ie 15mg every 10 days, or 2 weeks). So i say my last dose was <last week> and I took 15mg, and its fine.

Been on mounjaro since end of June 2025. Weight loss stalled so at beginning of July this year I moved up to 7.5mg. The last 2wks sulphur burps and nausea have arrived with a vengeance, and nothing is helping. Have been taking peppermint capsules and drinking peppermint tea. Don't really want to go back down to 5mg as food suppression had subsided considerably. Any suggestions?

I too had a very strange bout of sulphur burps. I’d read about them before but until I experienced them I didn’t understand how ghastly they were! I just continued taking the MJ as normal and it went as quickly as it appeared after a couple of weeks.
