Glad it's working for you @Thebaldprimadonna, I always wonder if it's as effective after a break.

I have reordered as I've not managed to shift the Christmas weight and it's clear to me that coming off isn't a good idea right now. I chanced ordering a 5mg as it's what my last pen was and I was hoping they'd let me have another and not force me back to 2.5mg as it's been a while since my last order. Thankfully that's been approved, I don't have a massive effect from 5mg so wasn't keen to go down. I'm planning to stop spacing doses out longer as I really need to be losing for a while.

I've recently been made by Oushk to go back to 2.5mg. My last order with another provider was before the price change so I ordered a few pens. I thought the time was right to move to a maintenance friendly provider, explained I had a stockpile so went on their flex plan until I was ready to start ordering, about 4 months ago. I was led to believe I'd be fine to carry on ordering what I had done previously but they've now said no, as I can't prove my dose despite having brought the pens and explained when I started using them (as they did sit in the fridge for a while). Anyway, it is what it is. Just irritated as I was led to believe Oushk were flexible. My BMI is now 22.5 so I doubt my previous provider MedExpress would let me order.

That is annoying @ThirdStorm. I'm with SwiftDoctor, I did think they'd make me go back down but I said when I'd last injected and explained I'd had a backlog of pens in the info bit. It got approved very quickly so I'm not sure if I even got flagged. I slightly wish I'd tried with 7.5mg to see what happened.

Some advice from the MJ maintenance hive mind needed! I am with Oushk, but they are frankly driving me nuts- I am now a week late with my order, and they are insisting on a video verification phone call, even though it has been less than 3 months since the last one.
A further problem is that they are using some form of video calling which my phone does not recognise, so the verifier cannot actually see me. Aargh!
Is anyone using another supplier for maintenance that they would recommend? Currently I pay £160 for a 5mg pen. TIA

@Moanranger I'm happy with SwiftDoctor. No monthly fee. £10 off every order and as a maintenance customer they will keep supplying you as long as your last order is within 12 months. You would have to go back down to a starting dose if it had been a while, but they did just send me 5mg and my last order was September.

I just paid £154 for 5mg, which I had £15 off from my maintenance call appointment. Future orders will be £10 off.

Didn't have to do any extra verification this time round for my order.

Thanks, will check them out. I hope to sort my next order out with Oushk in the next couple of days, then I will switch. Oushk system is confusing, comms poor & this endless verification nonsense is too much!

A bit of a rant, but Oushk- honestly! I had to do a video verification of weight & id. Due to their use of some obscure platform, I had to use my PC, which was awkward, & for some reason they couldn’t hear me (notwithstanding my audio was working just fine on a Zoom session 10 min before) . My mobile phone will not allow video-sharing with their platform. I had to type in my responses. Finally done, huge sigh of relief.

Ten minutes later, they then request a full figure photo, and yet another scan of my passport!
I have sent them this, but doubt this will be the end of it.
They have my money.
I don’t have my MJ😖
Maybe they are getting hit with imposters trying to get MJ without being overweight? Who knows. I think they are utterly confused.
Meantime I am now 6 days overdue for a jab, a couple of kilos over target post-holiday. Not hit by huge hunger-yet!
Plan to inject every 5 days for a couple of weeks.

Yes, i think they're in a bit of a pickle. My last weight verification had no sound, worked perfectly time before, she had to phone me. People being charged £5 everytime they renew their plan, others not, despite us being told it was a one-off (damned if I'm going to pay just for existing, however little the amount). 3 pens per plan, then 6 pens per plan but accounts not reflecting this. Doctor details and IDs having to be re-uploaded repeatedly. Uploaded photos not visible. Everything is just so damn complicated on the website. I despair...I've always tried to defend them as did feel a lot of criticism was unwarranted and based on their SM followers behaviour in the past, and a general bias against them, but honestly, it gets harder to justify staying with them when nothing ever seems to go smoothly.

@KrankyKumquat yes, similar to my experience, needless to say, there were further questions, requests for uploading docs I had already shown them. I am now left with no idea as to whether I will get my pen Weds

I've just had my video consultation today with Oushk after my last order was in Aug with 3 pens (7.5).

I've had my order of 5 approved, probably as when I stepped on the scales I was evrn heavier than I'd said!

Did get told not to spread them out and to use the full dose weekly, which I will be doing as I jave 7lb to lose!

I’m glad it’s not just me ouskh. Definitely not the experience I was expecting. They told me off for using the 5th dose which I’m sure was accepted practice by them but maybe they have to be seen to follow strict rules? I’m still salty they made me go back to 2.5mg because I had a stockpile and couldn’t prove I’d been taking it since my last order with a previous provider.

I've just caught up on Hira's last live.
Apparently, she no longer does any prescribing, she didn't say what she does instead but I'm guessing 'business' stuff and media.

Anyway, she said there's now 16 different prescribers, from very different professional backgrounds, who are free to make (and legally liable for) their own decisions so it's pretty much pot luck who you get and what decisions they'll make.

I get that but it does mean there's no 'company policy' or ethos or accepted approach presumably, and equally those of us who choose to go with and stick with Oushk, in large part because of Hira, her ethos and approach, are a bit misguided or naive or whatever. No reason to stick with them anymore if the price and service isn't right for us.

@KrankyKumquat That's useful to know, I think you are right no reason to stick with them now. @KeepUndercover you mentioned you were happy with swiftdoctor? Do you know what their BMI cut off is?

I contacted SwiftDoctor back in September to ask this and they said 21 unless there was an underlying health condition which would allow some room for flexibility. Reading between the lines I think they'd have accepted me at 20 with a bit of waffle (i could probably do it on BP I think, I've nothing else) but I was seduced by yet another deal from Oushk so didn't bother at the time.They have a doctor on staff (unlike Oushk) so have more room to go 'off label'. I'm going to move when I've used up my 2 pens in all likelihood as they also said they allow 1 month on, one off which means I can continue to microdose a 2.5mg pen.

Tomorrow is my 2 year MJ anniversary - what a journey thay has been!
Mum's DH died in November so I spent some time taking care of her, then Christmas, a tonne of work stuff, injury causing significant pain and impacting on sleep, down to 7.5mg becasue of my stockpile diminishing and was sent 7.5mg becasue they didnt have the 10mg I ordered (was on 15mg but they ran out of that and 12.5). 7.5 doesnt reduce my appetite much, and with everything else going on I've gained weight so now weigh what I did last April. Have always been a slow loser, it's a bit depressing seeing how quickly I regained nearly all the weight I lost last year but am still almost 30kg down from where I started so it's still a massive win.
I have never gone under BMI25 although I did hit BMI25 on the dot at my lowest in November. I am a curvy size 12 and would be delighted if I stayed this way, the last 8 weeks have showed me how vigilant I need to be as this really is a life long struggle .
Am glad to see I'm not the only one struggling with Oushk. DH has been forced back to 2.5mg due to delays their end (twice!) , I had a video verification on Sunday yet today they rang to say they still needed full body photo and laboured on about not supporting microdosing and I had to explain about having had a stockpile (despite having discussed this with them previously and sent evidence which is all in my file) but had to work it down as couldnt afford to reorder since the price rises and am now on my last pen. Order approved, probably my last with Oushk as they've been so rubbish lately, need to research who to move to. Maybe if we all vote with our feet they'll go back to their former better service selves.
I continue to be consistent with the gym, going 3 days per week, and am getting stronger. I do need to improve my water intake, biggest challenge to drop my sugar habit remains. I've done a lot of reading about ADHD (have access to academic papers as am studying through work) and am understanding more about the impact my poor dopamine receptors and issues with sleep have had on my weight over the years. I no longer feel such a total failure or lacking in "willpower".
Onwards and downwards, I still hope to achieve the magic sub BMI25 one day - perhaps this will be my year?

Its so useful to hear the feedback re ouskh, I think once I get back to 5mg I'll transfer to Swift Doctor. Does anybody want to refer me (please private message me!) as I'm totally doing it based on the feedback here!

It was my 2yr MJ anniversary at the weekend. I’ve had a look back and I’m exactly the same weight as this time last year as I put weight on last February too which I hadn’t remembered. I’m about 3 or 4 pounds heavier than my lowest but I have noticed how much more flabby I’ve been getting. My stomach is really bad and my thigh gap has disappeared 😣. The thighs are looking very very chunky now.

I still haven’t got round to ordering a pen. I managed to get out of the subscription I was in and just got the cheap first pen. Not sure what to do now but might consider Swiftdoctor after the comments on here recommending them.

I have a 7.5, 5 and 2.5 left in the fridge but my current pen is dated feb 2026 and definitely seems like it’s not doing much.

Oh dear. Despite my video call on Monday with Oushk and getting verbal confirmation that my order would be dispatched the following day, it's still not arrived.

I emailed and got a reply asking for more infomation and photos etc.

I've replied but am very annoyed as they have had my money for a week but still not approved anything! And they could have confirmed all that on Monday.

Not sure what has happened to their admin but it feels pretty chaotic.

I think things are going in the right direction for me. I decided 5mg wasn't doing much so it made more sense to swallow the cost and dose 7.5mg from my 5 pen. That's definitely working better and I think the scales are heading downwards. Definitely less urge to snack than I had, especially after my second dose today.

How is everyone else doing?

Currently taking 5mg from a 15mg pen. Very limited appetite suppression and only just maintaining weight when I actually want to lose at least a stone still. I’m going to increase to 7.5mg in this weeks jab and hope it has more of an impact.

I just had my consultation with Swift Doctor. Their process is an initial download of ID, proof of prescription and a short video of yourself to demonstrate your BMI. Once this is done, no repetition is necessary, and you simply order as needed. They are keeping an eye out for pill form GLP1s and will keep clients informed.
Hopefully their prices stay in the ballpark of Oushk, but I really don’t want to go through their hoo-ha again - it’s like they don’t trust their clients and I find that offensive.
