wish their email comms were better tbh, I expect that as they don’t ask for your fb details to place an order, they want your email address, that this should also be their primary way of communicating with their customers but it seems very much not the case! Shame as I’ve been with them since the beginning and never had any issues with them.
And @HansHolbein i know, I’m just ignoring the posters who have made excess purchases, I do understand why they’ve done it but it’s just incredibly frustrating for those of us who just order when they need it. Don’t want to get drawn into a row about it, this thread has always always been a really supportive community and I’ve seen some very unpleasant posts both to and from people who have bulk bought from multiple providers, just all very unnecessary all round,
There is more than enough medication to go around.
