Jumping back in after a few weeks of being quiet. I'm very nearly at target - just 4 lbs to go. That's actually quite scary 😮Currently at 8 stone 11, aiming for 8 1/2 stone. I've not been that weight since my 20s. I'm very comfortably in a size 10 jeans, and an 8 in some. I do have some loose skin, but it's not horrendous and I'm hoping will sort itself out over the next year or so. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about maintenance, as I don't think I can manage without MJ. I'm on 7.5mg, and have been for quite some time - I've not gone above that as it's working for me.
I'm generally eating 2 meals a day, with sometimes a protein bar if I'm hungry in the morning. I need to get back to calorie counting/protein tracking as I've not been doing that for the past couple of months. It's much harder when someone else is catering, so now that I'm back at home I will get back to it. I'm also back to walking 10,000 steps a day consistently, which I wasn't doing at Mum's house.
