ive reset my target weight to 60kg. It was at 80kg, but that’s still in the overweight category
of course that means that I’ve now got 4.4kg to go to milestone 2
seem to have slowed down on weight loss, but this should pick back up once I’m more active next month. I’ve lost over 14lbs already, 6.6kg, that’s amazing, need to keep reminding myself of this. I’m just impatient
struggling with food ideas, I bought 3 books by the chubby something or others and I hated them, so returning them to Amazon. Keeping the hairy bikers healthy cookbook, it’s not brilliant, but I may get some inspiration from it. I’ve adapted their sweet and sour chicken and it’s on a firm rotation at home, the boys love it!
Any recommendations for cook books from people who know what they’re doing AND don’t feel the desperation to have to try to be funny, comical or risque for no obvious reason…? 🤣
