Anyone happy to share some progress posts?
I think it's really motivational for us all, and also we deserve a little boast about our achievements.

I'll go first :)

Start weight 14st
Now 12st 13.5
Have taken x4 2.5mg doses.

BMI has gone from 35.2 to 32.6 in three and a half weeks and I feel bloody over the moon!!

Congratulations 🎉 @Pinkbendyman that is a fantastic loss. Bet you feel better for it.

Well done on the losses! Mines gone the other way this week for the first time. I'm struggling with 7.5, side effects are worse but weight loss isn't really happening

My weight has hit a plateau at 78.5-79.2kg but my body has changed. Today I bought a dress from a brand I've been a size 16 in... In a size 12! And I'm wearing size 12 leggings (yeah, I know, leggings are stretchy - still though - when I started I was in size 14-16 leggings!). For the first time since before lockdown, I'm in actual size 12 clothes that look good!

I do quite a lot of running about with DC, who loves sport and climbing trees etc, and love hiking. I lost my confidence to go running post-birth (my favourite exercise) but if I can get back to a solid 12 then maybe I could start again...

Foodwise, I'm eating around 800 kcal per day still.

77.8kg at today's weigh in.

I tried on a size 14 Reiss suit today. That fit me! (Didn't buy it though - wasn't a fan of the pockets).

Nice! I've found them quite 'true to size', so that's an amazing achievement - congratulations!
