Red cabbage
Carrots
Red pepper
Mango
Raw asparagus

And mix in a bowl

Make a dressing of lime juice, sesame oil, little soy sauce, little honey, little olive oil and whisk

Add to the veg and toss. Serve with protein of choice

Et voila!

Yesterday, week 5, 3.75mg

B - just a cup of tea as I had an awful headache and felt sick.

L - pub lunch - small portion of fish and chips, mushy peas - managed about 2/3. Half a pint of bitter shandy 😂

D - Homemade chicken tikka and onion bhajis with salad and raita.

S - satsuma / small slice of toast topped with cottage cheese & tabasco / Pro Milk strawberry shake

1359 calories / 69.9g protein

L- slice of tomato bread, two padron peppers, two Patatas bravas (out for lunch)

Brunch: scrambled eggs, asparagus, feta and smoked salmon. Green tea and collagen powder.

D: 100g smoked mackerel with @SuperBatFace 's rainbow coleslaw which is bloody lovely!!!

Usual supplements, clear whey drink

Week 6, 5mg

B - Full fat Greek yoghurt with a scoop of almond Purition, and a peach. Mug of tea with full fat milk.

L - Chicken and vegetable Big Soup, and a large orange.

D - 1 x KFC mini fillet, 2 x KFC hot wings, corn cobette, side salad.

S - 3 x wholegrain crackers with full fat cottage cheese and bagel dust.

Lots of water, electrolytes, and supplements.

1355 calories / 82.5g protein.

KFC wasn't a great choice, but I bloody enjoyed it!

Hi guys.
I had my very 1st dose of 2.5 on Wednesday last week. And I’m really struggling to eat! The thought of it alone just doesn’t appeal to me at all.
I’ve been having nuts, fruit, protein shake and a salad. Lots of water with electrolytes. Also taking vitamins. Honestly feel so flipping weird to not want to eat or even think about food.

Protein blueberry yogurt
Berries

Lunch will be feta salad wrap

Dinner will be roasted veg with tofu

Harder for me to get protein in as I'm 'almost' vegan. Just can't give up cheese or Greek yogurt! Just as well as I'd struggle even more with protein intake

You do need to work on getting healthy foods in. I know it can be hard but the worst of all worlds is not eating a balanced, high protein diet as the weight loss will not be sustainable.

Week 6, 5mg

B - baked wrap / egg / cottage cheese thingy that was actually really good. Cup of tea with whole milk.

L - ham salad wrap, satsuma. Cup of tea with whole milk.

D - Half a sausage and probably a tablespoon each of carrot & swede mash / green beans.

Snacks - another satsuma, a clear whey drink, and an iced latte.

I really struggled with dinner today, probably due to having had a very filling breakfast and lunch.

1035 calories / 72.4g protein.

Brunch: made a smoothie with frozen dragonfruit (lidl) 2 cups spinach, natural yogurt, banana, tblsp chia seeds, water - supersweet! Will omit the banana I think next time

Tea: bbqed lemon and pepper pork loin steak (lidl) and a German sausage, 2 boiled eggs, lettuce tomato cucumber beetroot red onion & salad cream
Lidl protein choc pud (no def not a fan, pwrtek are far nicer)

L - ham on protein bagel thin with some crisps

D - piece of lemon schnitzel and a timeout bar

It's injection day. Which is why it started off well then became about plain/snack food as the nausea kicked in!

7.5 is weird for me. I'm either not hungry and can't face food or I'm starving and want to eat everything

L/D: roast beef, kale, carrots, cavolo nero, cauliflower cheese. 2 medium glasses dry white wine

Usual supplements, clear whey drink, water, lemon basil cbd drink, can of aqua libra cucumber, mint and lime

Week 18 on mounjaro, and week 1 on 10mg.
(Yesterday)

Breakfast: Half a coffee and a grenade protein bar. Took about an hour to eat it! (Also had to take a cyclizine for the nausea, but haven't needed any today thankfully!)

Lunch: couldn't face it. Had a couple of pieces of cantelope and a packet of salt and vinegar lentil chips - they help with nausea too!

Dinner: Jacket potato with tuna and grated red Leicester.

I don't count calories anymore but I'm aware of roughly how much is in the foods I eat after years of counting calories, and I try to eat as much protein as poss.

This isn't a good day nutrition-wise, but the 10mg kicked my arse the first couple of days after it. I feel much better today.

S: protein bar; almond milk decaf latte

1270 cal / 1.4 litre water / 102g protein

I'm on week 2 (2.5) and will take my 3rd dose tomorrow, week one I lost 7lbs, this week although I've had no appetite and not managed a single day over 1000 cals my weight has stayed the same. I've also been to the gym 5 out of 7 days, drank at least 2l of water and taken a lot of supplements.

Today I've eaten:

B: 1 boiled egg 66 cals

L: 2 Ryvita cracker bread, 30g seriously strong lighter, Tesco duck sushi 186 cals total

D: roast chicken breast, carrots, green beans, gravy, frozen Yorkshire pudding 243not sure how much of this I'll manage.

S: Lentil Chips

@Johaanah try to up both your calories and your protein. That should get things moving. 500 is way too low.
