B - flat white, usual supplements
l - granola bowl with 2% fage, banana, blueberries, cinnamon
Few slices of Parma ham (made me feel sick)

B - smoothie of yogurt, coconut milk, frozen strawberries, chia seeds and a half head of the stalk end of lettuce that I thought why not!

L very small bowl of tuna mayo salad

T 3x Scottish oatcakes with hummus and pickled beetroot, carrot and coriander soup with another dollop of hummus in

Yesterday Week 6 5mg

Full day conference in a hotel!

B: 2 small sausages, one fried egg, one slice of bacon. Breakfast buffets have always been a favourite so I was quite pleased to have stuck with this.

Ignored pastries in the morning break 👍

L: about 1/3 of a piece of battered fish (honestly the best protein available!) with salad leaves and tomatoes

Ignored cake in the afternoon break👍

D: sliver of ham hock terrine with salad, salmon fillet with roasted veg, half a slice of NY cheesecake

Usual supplements, loads of water and green tea. STILL no alcohol!!!

@Callmejudith it was ok actually. Dinner was tricky as table service and one bloke kept commenting on me not eating my bread roll or potatoes but he soon got pissed and moved on! 😂😂😂

Today and yesterday have been the same.

Breakfast: Full fat Greek yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries. Coffee
Lunch: 2 slices of halloumi, lettuce, cucumber, some avocado, roasted beetroot, cherry tomatoes, nectarine and small piece crusty bread. Diet coke.
No appetite for supper at all. Had half a bagel last night and haven't had any supper yet today.

Great thread. Am on Wegovy 1.7 and need to make a conscious effort to eat more fiber. I am
not eating fruit as am showing signs of insulin resistance and my endocrinologist told me to stick to kiwis only. So it's mostly salads and meat/eggs for me. Which I am quite happy with to be honest.

I don't eat much rice/pasta but I do love potatoes and noodles...

Have just had visitors so need to get back on it, measuring my food and counting calories again.

Today I have had 2 Korean drug eggs. Some minced beef with the sauce from the eggs, plus spring onions. A protein mousse. An ice cream. And lots of water. Didn't weigh so not sure of calories. Will start properly again tomorrow

Week 6 5mg (day 7 hence being led by my nose at lunchtime!🤦‍♀️)

B: (hotel buffet) 2 sausages, slice of bacon, fried egg, 2 mugs of green tea

L: breaded chicken thigh (cooked for DS and smelt sooo good!)

D: feta salad (as I realised I hadn't eaten any veg all day!!)

Clear whey protein drink, usual supplements, water, CBD drink

I was HUNGRY yesterday, more than I have been in weeks.

B - Fat free Greek yoghurt with pistachio Purition, small slice of high fibre toast with cottage cheese. Tea.

L - Fuel10k jalfrezi (bit like Huel hot & savoury)

D - M&S ultra thin chicken arrabiata pizza for one, beetroot salad

Snacks - 1 x Babybel light, 1 x large satsuma

Usual supplements, lots of water, and an electrolyte sachet.

1428 calories / 84.5g protein.

Disclaimer: I aim to eat simple (whole if possible) nutritious food with focus on protein. I am 10 weeks into my MJ journey and have so far lost 14 kg / 30 lbs / 2 stone something. A lot more to go...

(almond milk, vanilla protein collagen powder, 1 medium size banana, ice)

L: Grilled chicken salad
(mixed greens salad; cucumber; sweetcorn; cherry tomatoes; red onion; grilled chicken breast; olive oil; lemon; oregano and pink himalayan salt)

S: Protein bar + Almond Milk Latte (really loving the Fulfil peanut caramel one)

D: Sweet potato wrap with grilled prawns + watermelon + half a protein pudding
(sweet potato wrap, low-fat hummus, grilled prawns, cucumber sticks, handful of greens, sriracha)

H2O: 2.5-3 litres

Target calories: 1250 / Target protein: 110 g
Actual calories: 1170 / Actual protein: 105 g

@Callmejudith I mean no, I don’t really count it as food. It is a supplement. I meant that my main 3 meals are day are pretty clean. I try not to do pizza, sandos, fast food, takeaways, etc. No shade to those who do - to each their own.

Struggling to eat tbh as I just don't fancy anything! I feel hunger in my stomach but just don't fancy any meals really - I tried with dinner tonight though as needed some proper nutrients because I can't really face much proper lunch
