End of week 13 and hit 13% body weight lost! Guess 13 isn't that unlucky a number!

I have been trying to drink more water this week with a 2L daily target and using an app to track it sending me hourly reminders, but finding it hard to meet that every day - feels like I have a olympic sized pool sloshing about inside me 🌊!
After a bit of searching found my very old Fitbit Alta and it still works! With working from home now and a desk based job the number of steps I am doing is ridiculously low <500 a day (most of them to the loo with all that water! 🙈). I managed to get out for a brisk walk🚶♀️➡️one lunchtime and 2 nights this week getting it up to 4.5k those days (pants fell down inside jeans during one the walks and had to find somewhere discrete to hoik them back up 😳)
Water and walking are going to be a bit of a focus the next few weeks I think. Little changes.
Such a huge change and you are looking fab at 17st @PrincessPeache - it is a great motivation as I am around 1.5st away from 17st which is my Christmas target weight. 13 weeks to go to lose another 22lbs.
