Coffee with lots of full fat milk
Broccoli and cheddar soup
Thin bagel with butter
Satsuma
3 cups of tea
Fish fillet
Potatoes
Peas
Later….
Decaf coffee with milk
Decaf tea
All under 1500 calories and very healthy
