Did you really do it on your wedding night?

I'm just so curious.. Is that weird 😂
I don't think I can look sexy under 2 layers of spanx, drinking since 12pm and a day of full on make up and hair lol

Yes. Unwittingly conceived our first baby on our wedding night! I spent the honeymoon suspiciously nauseous. Agree with PP it was some of the worst sex we’ve ever had but we got a happy surprise baby ~9 months later so it was all fine :)

Not at night but in the afternoon between the reception and evening do, him getting me back in my dress was interesting! Had to call in the DM & DMIL and tell them I wanted it loser then id had it for the ceremony hence taking the corset ribbon out 😅

Yes but neither of us finished as we so so shattered. It’s a really long day and starting drinking really didn’t help

Yes! I remember it as a good one. Neither of us drank much at our own wedding, we were running on adrenaline. I don’t think either of us ate much either, until the snacks came out at about 10pm and I ate about a kilo of cheese, crackers and wedding cake 😂
I didn’t even bother taking all the pins out of my hair, but I’d got some cute lingerie and felt a million dollars after such a lovely day.

1st time yes, we were young, drunk and giddy in love in Las Vegas.
2nd time yes, felt like we had too, Dh had booked us a £500 honeymoon suite and ordered champagne etc. we were both drunk and tired, I was in hair and make up from 6am. Dh took ages to finish I remember that.
3rd time yes, Dh was super keen to have the most romantic sex of our life and had been desperate to get me all to his self all day. Again, expensive honeymoon suite, champagne etc. the sex was much better in the morning to be fair.

We eloped and basically spent the day shagging after a six course lunch. It was most enjoyable 😂😂

We did and it was good, sadly it was one of the last times we did as DH got very sick in the weeks and months after our wedding. I look back on that night with happiness now.

Yes, but between ceremony and reception haha. We snuck off. Later we were very drunk and ate chicken nuggets and fell asleep watching Law & Order :)

First time he got drunk and fell asleep, I opened the wedding presents by myself.

Second time yes and it was perfect.

Nope. Typically my period started the day before the wedding! That made the day interesting as I had to have an entourage taking me to the loo to hold my dress up!

I don't think we would have even if it hadn't been for that. By the time I'd removed my dress and DH saw the very un-sexy underwear I'd been wearing, as well as the bizarre post-leg waxing rash that had appeared all over my legs, then watched as I removed twenty billion pins from my hair over a half hour period, there was definitely no romance lol! We were both totally knackered too. Up at 6am after a restless night's sleep. Started getting ready at 8am then finally went to bed just before 1am and even then had a rubbish night's sleep due to adrenaline and DH's bed hogging, duvet hogging and snoring!

I think it took us a good few days to recover and for anything else to happen!

Why would you have to take off makeup/remove hairpins/wash out hairspray? If there's ever a night to not care about washing the makeup off, surely it's your wedding night. Underwear has to come off, obviously, but you can sort your hair afterwards... or in the morning.

No - i’d been awake most of the night before with nerves & excitement & up early & a long day & we drank a bit too much. We had the plans to but time we got my massive dress off & hair unpinned i think we managed a kiss then both passed out. Didn’t manage the next morning either.

Yes it was rubbish, we were tired. Not sure what I expected it to be. Robotic and job done type of sex.

1st wedding - we did but it was not romantic and was more of a 'suppose we should' thing. After a long day, many drinks it was honestly the last thing I wanted to do but ex was inistent.
2nd wedding - hubby and I chatted about wedding night expectations before the day. We both agreed if it happed then great but no pressure. We had the best night (following a lovely day) where we went home opened a bottle of champagne sat in our outfits opening cards and a few gifts talking about the whole day. It was perfect we then fell asleep cuddled up.

Yes but it was very much a quickie between the meal and the reception. Both kilt and dress remained on throughout.

ExH was hammered. By the time I’d gone to the bathroom, taken all the pins out of my hair and come back, he was flat out, like a starfish on the bed 😂
