I've just remembered that DD goes to camp on Saturday. It'll be very active, I hope they've got a plan b in place.

After waiting weeks for it to rain, it's worked really well PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks. It's probably a bit more expensive than buying all the bits separately but everything's there (apart from the water butt and they can often be bought cheaply), it's well made, easy to put together and there's no drilling holes (and swearing when that bit goes wrong!)

Today's thoughts from TheWeatherOutlook and netweather. Both say temperatures could be in the low 30s by the end of the week/weekend for the south/SE.

Isn't the record for the hottest temp ever on earth 56°c in Algeria? I'm sure I read that in a fact book once but it might have changed?

I just googled - it was 56.7°c in Death Valley.

Well I've got the week off work and it's shit weather. We aren't having a holiday away and I was hoping for some sun. Never mind I'm sure it'll be nice for when I'm back in the office. Great!
