Thunderstorm watch

To complement the Summer weather thread.

Tomorrow could see some thunderstorms in places across England, but by tomorrow evening, the main area of risk appears to be in the central southern areas (revised forecast from earlier) , where frequent lightning and small hail could form in any storms that evolve.

It's a very naughty storm. It's actually going to the west of me. But I've had a couple of flashes and rolls of thunder.

I keep looking at netweather's radar and trying to work out whether the storm over Gloucestershire/Bristol at the moment will get to Leicester in the next few hours.

Its saying thunderstorms over us in the night then to clear by morning and be dry and sunny - amazing. I hope they're right, that is perfect weather imo.

Some thunder rolls and lightening here in Warwickshire. Heavy rain started but suddenly stopped although feeling fairly humid.

East Devon: We had a beautiful sunny day (fairly cold wind, but our town is a wind tunnel) until 6ish when we had some splodgy rain and then a fabulous dranatic thunderstowm. It was great!
