So some snow starved areas have finally had a little taste of snow. What will happen next?

met office weather warnings I'm still very unsure as to why they have overnight warnings for central areas, but there you go. Most likely areas to see heavy snow overnight are NE England into Lincolnshire but I think a fair bit may be rain near the coast.

Is it meant to be this windy today?

DD and I got blown off our feet in Manchester city centre - properly blown off our feet!

Blows into thread and out again, looking like she has just been dragged through a hedge backwards windswept.

I had snow this morning. Opened the curtains and actually said 'what the hell?' out loud Grin

It was warm and sunny yesterday and is now sunny again but cold.

blimey manky!
It is quite an active cold fron which is now moving through the SE and producing some lightning.

Snow here too. It's been bloody freezing since Christmas. We normally have one or two nice days in March, but I think we've got into double figures (ie 10deg) twice this March.
