L: grapes, 2 plums, sticky rice traybake with butternut, cashews and broccoli
S: handful of pistachios
D: potato and violife feta bake with cherry tomatoes, beetroot and Bombay carrot salad

I’ve been pretty mindless in my eating recently so genuinely can’t remember much if the last few days. Today was
B: half a toasted bagel and marmite
L: hearts of palm and bitchin sauce, some apple slices with almond butter
S: nacho flavoured cheese puff things (never have this kind of stuff but we went to a drive in movie and I got so excited by vegan snacks!), 2 hm snickerdoodle cookies
D: bean and soyrizo chilli

Drive in movies are something that they'd started putting on over here in the summer, in our much less reliable climate!

Yesterday was
B: porridge with blueberries, seeds and golden syrup
L: hm tomato and lentil soup with a squeaky bean pastrami/gherkin/mustard sandwich on seeded bread.
D: pesto and veg slow cooker stew with dumplings and broccoli
S: satsuma, dates, blueberry yogurt, dry roasted peanuts, peanut butter crunch chocolates

Today
B: 2 seeded bagel thins, toasted, one spread generously with naturli and marmite the other with peanut butter
L: butternut mulligatawny soup
D: ramen with edamame beans, broad beans, tenderstem, spinach, sesame roasted sweet potato and silken tofu
S: blueberry yogurt, dry roasted peanuts, satsuma, dates

Planning to start with Veganuary and see how that takes me.

I did buy Violife 'cheese' and it's unusual - but as I read on here I think I'd need to leave any idea of vegan cheese tasting like dairy cheese behind.

Hoho Welcome Grin I've made a good copy of cream cheese, as long as you put plenty of garlic , salt, and herby things in it, it's nice. You could either use tofu yoghurt (hung overnight in a muslin) or soaked blended almonds\cashews.

D: a cheeky vegan dominos, not as good as I remember dominos to be, last time I had it was nearly 3 years ago (pre vegan) although the vegan garlic dip is to die for 🤤

L: Jamaican stew, satsuma
D: shakshuka made with spinach, silken tofu, capers and violife feta, with crusty bread and naturli
S: small raw fruit and nut bar

Day before
B: date/coffee/pb/banana/soya milk smoothie
L: half a carton of veg soup, marmite and naturli sandwich on seeded bread, satsuma
D: ginsters quorn pasty with broccoli, peas, carrots, Sweetcorn and gravy

S/stress eating: 3 tangerines, packet of mixed nuts, chocolate chips, slice of toast and marmite and picked at the leftover shepherds pie

Flight was packed and it was miserable wearing 2 masks and a visor for 17hours but worth it to see my parents. Just unbelieveably gutted the news today means I won’t see my brother or niece and nephew - it’s been 18months since I saw them and we’ve done so much and travelled so far to be able to see them. So sad.

L: Linda McCartney meatballs, sweet potato wedges, mushrooms and broccoli, an orange
S: crisps and hummus
D: celeriac and parsnip soup and a lot of stress g&t’s, and a salted caramel chocolate pud thing my mum bought in for me

@IJumpedAboardAPirateShip that's awfully sad 😞 Does that mean your parents are in a tier 4 area? I have a brother in Melbourne, and feel that 'cousin time' is so important, so gutted for your DC too.
I don't finish work until Wednesday but with DH and teens finished already and DMIL having arrived from spain on Saturday it's hard to feel like I'm not on holiday already.

Yesterday was

L: Apple and peanut butter, alpro cherry yogurt
D: soup night - I had mostly roasted vegetable soup with toasted pine nuts, but I also had a small helping of red lentil, chickpea and chilli soup. With crusty bread and naturli. Mince pie for pudding
S: dates, satsuma

Today:
B1: small slice of sourdough toast with naturli and marmalade
B2: porridge with blueberries, golden syrup and seeds. Mango
L: small slice of sourdough toast topped with avocado, satsuma x2, dates
D: Tesco no meat pie, small helping of mash, peas, carrots, broccoli, roasted butternut and cauliflower (plus leaves). With gravy
S: salt and vinegar snack a jacks, 2 handfuls of salted peanuts, 2 dark orange chocolate rice cakes
