B. Figs, walnuts dates half a pomelo.
L. Grated courgettes, peas, mixed with flageolet bean dip.
Sn. Pumpernickel, yeast spread and cucumber sandwich

I got an early Xmas gift , it's a proper grinder just for linseeds and spices. Yaay I can't wait to make a ground spice mix for mulled wine.

She’s going to be 9 and all she wants is a sleepover 😔

That’s a brilliant Christmas present, I kept using my coffee grinder which obvs then has to be very well washed out between uses but then it broke!

Yes IJumped ref. coffee grinders, they do have to be left just for coffee beans, it's too much faff to keep cleaning them. dh is a coffee freak so it's used every day!

IJumped Grin Yes we have a frother machine too, the plant milks perform BETTER then dairy milk. Hooray!

I decided to not drink alcohol or caffeine and to only eat veg and fruit this week because otherwise I would be eating and drinking all my feelings! Very glad too

B: half an avocado
L: other half of the avocado with the last of our home grown tomatoes, cucumber and spaghetti squash
S: 2 globe artichokes, a tangerine and some melon
D: same as day before, mashed potato and cauliflower with a mushroom ragu

Ref. your election IJumped We're in Fr. so we (well dh) is stuck in front of telly all day with yours, we have friends in the USA, our news (in Eng') OMG ! and Europe !!!!! It's too much for me so I listen to R4 Ex. and some other non news radio stations, thank goodness for computer radios Grin

B: muesli with giant raisins, blueberries, chopped hazelnuts and soya milk
L: orange, Thai veg soup and crackers
D: celeriac/butternut/sweet potato/cauliflower roasted with seasoning and some tomato purée and stock. Half way through chickpeas mixed with rose harissa and olive oil were spooned over the veg and when it was done, generously topped with tahini/lemon/garlic/yogurt and dukkah (recipe from the guardian last weekend but I can't find it online). Very tasty and several freezer portions without the yogurt/dukkah topping Smile
S: 4x dairy free peanut butter crunch chocolates

It's the second recipe from this link. I'd forgotten it was an Ottolenghi recipe as I rarely do them (due to the faff that is usually involved) and had torn the recipe out to keep. Thanks for spotting that @ppeatfruit as that helped me find it! Obviously I just swapped the yogurt for dairy free.

L: Indian spiced tomato soup with 2 slices of seeded wholemeal spread with naturli. Slice of stollen
D: ramen with edamame, shredded cabbage, sweet potato roasted in sesame oil, broccoli, tofu and fuck
S: easy peeler orange, peanut butter crunch chocolates, salt and pepper cashews and a few of the last Japanese rice crackers

PartTime I always read those recipes Grin but as you say there's always too many ingredients and chilli''s etc. for me.

B. ground walnuts/pumpkin\linseeds lemon and pear smoothie
L. Ryvitas pnut butter and salad.
S. We had our local 'good' restaurant delivery meal to support them, it was a good night to choose as we celebrated Biden's Success with a glass of champagne! Well I had a sip (I don't really like it ) dh does Grin I had to sort out all the veg, there were lots of seasonal ones; on a bed of spelt grains. Probably with some dairy in the sauce but I can't be too fussy with them , they're very sweet and do me special dishes!

S: tea and two hobnobs, small bowl of kettle chips, spoon of molasses
