L: grapes, 2 plums, sticky rice traybake with butternut, cashews and broccoli
S: handful of pistachios
D: potato and violife feta bake with cherry tomatoes, beetroot and Bombay carrot salad

@PartTimeDomesticGoddess you do everything separately so for the DC I actually Did the veg in one bowl and the ramen and soup in another whereas I played it altogether for DH and I and put sweetcorn on the DC’s

B.Pear\pearjuice\ water\emon\linseeds smoothie (i serve at room temp in the cooler weather).
L. Ryvita\crunched up\ with pnut butter cucumber and raw onion. fresh and dried basil olive oil.
S. Wholerice with herbal dressing and tofu yoghurt/nooch\tamari dressing.

Yesterday was
Brunch of mango, followed by avocado and fresh tomatoes on toasted sourdough
S: grapes, apple and PB, walkers pita chips
Out out for dinner to a lovely local Italian that we've never eaten at before. Had beetroot, asparagus, artichoke and rocket salad as a starter, penne broccoli main followed by a pear poached in red wine served with salted caramel ice cream. A couple of margaritas and brandy after dinner too. Yum 😋

B: mango, 2 small bowls of malted wheat flakes with soya milk and sugar
L: Thai lentil soup with freshly bought sourdough spread with naturli
D: ramen (edamame beans, sesame roasted sweet potato, broccoli, silken tofu, bit of LM fuck)
S: 2 dates, 4 squares of Rita marzipan (only because DH had the other 4 😂)

D: black bean and soy protein chilli with avocado, tofu sour cream

D: chili with avocado and tofu sour cream
S: dried seaweed, dried spiced corn kernels, banana, satsuma
D: flatbread with cashew cream cheese

I’m def getting the cabin fever feelings back again as well. There’s been no change for us at all since April, we did a few trips away within the state over the summer but I really want to get a little van and disappear for a weekend again

I'm sure I enjoyed our meal out on Saturday more because we haven't done going out, apart from two v short trips. @ppeatfruit not Brighton, Southampton outskirts Smile

B: coffee/date/pb powder/banana/soya milk smoothie
L: Dan Dan noodles, beetroot, cherry tomatoes
D: hm oyster mushroom and veg pie, peas, carrots, broccoli, buttery leeks and cabbage and gravy
S: grapes, fry's chocolate cream

Today
B: overnight oats with soya milk/yogurt, raspberries, blueberries and seeds
L: lentil and butternut bake with broccoli
D: risotto (mushroom, spinach and sun dried tomato)
S: grapes, unsalted cashews (small handful)

Thanks PartTime Yes it's interesting how our mentalities are changing, how much more we enjoy just going shopping etc. and the garden. We've been spoiled. Though I do have to cross the channel to dmums some time soon.We're discussing how atm. I will have to quarantine there.

L. Oh I forgot the Japanese vegan book arrived!!!! It inspired me to make a lovely miso soup, I had all the ingredients in the fridge too!

S: cashew yoghurt
D: soyrizo and cabbage
Binge: Apple, two slices of toast with almond butter, bowl of peanut butter stuffed pretzels and chocolate chips

@ppeatfruit did you do audio or book or both for Paul McKenna? I don’t need to lose weight (I’d love to shift 5lbs but am at 21 BMI and healthy size 8-10) but aware my binging can get out of control and the older I get the more this will become a problem so wondering if it’s worth trying it to help with that

IJumped Yes P.M. helps with emotional\overeating issues, I got the cds and there are DVDs and the book! Oh and apps too of course.

Though I do still overeat when something is sooo delicious (esp. if I've made it Grin (it's human IME and O) !!! You just go back to eating slowly when you're hungry (stopping when you're full) the next day or week !!!

S. Grated fried courgette and carrots with leftover leek pie.
Some vegan chocolate truffles with inulin (anyone heard of it? a 'healthy' sweetener which gave me wind (sorry tmi Grin )

Ref. the apps I'm not a tecchie so I got the book and the cds. Do you not own a music centre? That's showing my age Grin that plays nearly everything?
