Unlikely, I know. Harry did a few visits in the US during the last decade, drug use didn't affect his entries then, don't think it would be an issue now.

Tbf though, ordinary people have to jump through hoops to immigrate - why should Harry be allowed to break the rules that everyone else has to abide by?

No I don't think he will be deported, but I do think it will be talked about and batted backwards and forwards as if to give the impression a serious investigation is going on behind the scenes. I don't think Harry is getting worried but will continue to live his life with his family in US or wherever he chooses.

Having an anchor baby is no guarantee of being given citizenship or a green card. There are plenty of stories of mothers and fathers being made to leave the USA without their children to follow immigration rules. Those rules won't apply to the son of a King, though. Who was it that they fought a war of independence against? Can anyone remember!

Does he have a criminal record with drugs offences? As that is what would exclude him from being eligible for a visa, not claims by the media.

No record but you do have to admit drug use, which is what the Heritage Foundation is trying to find out.

Drug use offences mean you cannot get a esta, you can still get a full visa because my cousin got one, he has a conviction with jail time! No idea about admission of use but no conviction
