Drug use offences mean you cannot get a esta, you can still get a full visa because my cousin got one, he has a conviction with jail time! No idea about admission of use but no conviction

Stating publicly your drug taking, military kills and adding in his/his wife's upcoming deposition for defamation, one would hope he has learnt a lesson in knowing when to keep your mouth shut and that actually there is merit in 'Never complain, never explain'. He has done a lot of talking/complaining and now will have to do a lot of explaining. He has put his family's home and security at risk, the guy is a complete womble, a liability and it's all of his own making. Can't have much sympathy but I expect money will talk and it will be glossed over, not sure how popular that will make them in the US though.

I hope not, he needs to not be living in the UK. He hasn’t got a criminal record so I doubt anything will be done.

The current administration won’t deport him but a new republican administration may well look less benignly on his drug use.

I can’t imagine they would deport him but would wait until he had left the country and refuse re-entry

Hate the drug stuff, it's one to admit drug use in your teens but leave it at that.

If Meghan does pursue a political career (not sure if she will), it it’s a vulnerability for her.

It shouldn’t be, I don’t see why Bill Clinton’s infidelities were anything to do with Hillary. Trump got away with all kinds, but US voters don’t seem so kind and forgiving to women candidates.
