Behaviour of this kind totally undermines HaM's humanitarian preaching. That's the thing - Harry never thinks of practicalities and logistics. Maybe Angela was busy working, she had her duties to the late Queen, maybe it was her day off, maybe they were at Windsor and she couldn't get back, get access to the vault, get the tiara and get it to Meghan.
