Anyway, good spot @CrocsNotDocs - how did you find it?

Will she admit she was looking for Sussex adjacent memorabilia? 😉

Digger, the Tom Cruise film William and Catherine went to the premiere of, was filmed entirely in the UK and most of the production was done in the UK. They went to the premiere to support the British film industry. William had also visited an independent cineman that day or the day before and spoken about the importance of supporting the British film industry.

They didn't go to the premiere to have a glamorous night out, but to support British industry and promote the UK as a place to make films.

This random post came up in my X feed. Not someone I follow so I have no opinion on whether it’s real or not. The eBay listing certainly is there but that doesn’t prove anything.

So, remember Meghan’s book? Of course she gave Eugenie a signed copy too, with a lovely personal message in that perfect calligraphy. Shame she either binned it or flogged it on eBay. 😂 Some treasures clearly aren’t appreciated by everyone. 😭😭😭😭😭...

Some questions were raised about Andrew's suitability in parliament but Ed Davey assured that Andrew was a great choice.

Ed Davey. That well known judge of integrity.

I remember MM calling a $100 candle obnoxious in a previous interview.

Isn't a $100 advent calendar just as obnoxious??

Her candles are around £60 iirc.

Where is the line of candle obnoxiousity?

Is it a sliding scale?

£3= fair game
£35 = pushing it
£60= obviously luxury comes at a price xox
£75+ = well now that's just obnoxious

Anything over £100 festooned with one's rented mansion, clearly not obnoxious

@JuniperJumper your list is the makings of a board game, a glorified Snakes and Ladders.

Snakes and desparate-social-climbing-ladders

Remember, with the Sussex duo - it's do as we say, not as we do!
Kath is with all their contradictions and tall tales it's hard to work out what they actually believe themselves!

No idea of the veracity of this but there’s a copy of The Bench signed by Meghan dedicated to Eugenie going on eBay for £19,999!

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/198665378938

Edited

Love the idea of Eugenie getting Meghan to sign a load of copies and then selling them for £20k each on eBay. Out-grifting the grifters 😆

Ooh you're giving me ideas. What about a game called Megopoly?

Instead of properties there could be 'As Ever' products to purchase. Instead of upgrading to hotels, each product would double in value with the addition of a handwritten label

The Community Chest cards could be all about Public Engagements e.g. "Your teleprompter fails whilst giving a speech. Pay £50"

The Chance cards could be all about the press e.g. "European paparazzi spotted outside your childrens' school. Bank pays you £50"

The Go to Jail square could be changed to "Titles are in Abeyance. Pay £200"

The small tokens to move around the board would consist of a white van, a private plane, a banana with an uplifting message written on it, a hat shaped like a cow pat, a jar of jam & a tube of cream

Could this be marketed in time for Christmas?

Fleet Street
You lose a court case, forfeit £2m and skip a turn

Pall Mall
Give another player an extra sausage, skip a turn

Isn't William President of BAFTA? Going to premieres is part of the job.

We aren't allowed to say adjacent

You have to use a word adjacent to adjacent

An adjacent-adjacent adjective

What qualifications do you need to be a Regent?

The rules are you must commission a large Indian inspired pavillion to be plonked randomly in a seaside town 🏰

Precisely. Attending the premiere of a high-profile British-made film is part of William's long-standing relationship with the British film industry.

Wow. An actress might want to keep on the right side of the president of BAFTA. Or maybe not.

Does anyone really think of M nowadays as an actress?

I must be the only one who likes the look of the advent calendar, especially this IG post where the windows light up. But I am a sucker for all things Christmas and fairy lights. Packaging 1: Contents 0.

Completely off topic but, eh, Tom Cruise, the biggest movie star in the world??
Though hang on… Tom, is that you?😀

Ha, his box office $$$ per inch of height is unsurpassed 😆

I thought this was part of unMegxit 2.0, she was in talks for The Gentlemen wasn't she? According to the Beeb, although recollections may vary, as ever

StormGazing · Yesterday 09:01

Oh dear, Lorraine Kelly on GMTV just said what we’re all thinking, Megain Markles new advent calendar is ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣 £112 for teeny tiny chocolates …. Let’s see if she causes another fuss to ITV bosses 😂😂😂
