Thanks @jeffgoldblum 💐

Based on a podcast I listened to earlier, more of the second than the first, with a good dose of dervish daughter-in-law. Tom Sykes, talking to Andrew Lownie, thinks that Meghan's PR Sunshine Sachs is behind it. So Mr Sunshine (can't recall his first name) is the arch strategist. It goes like this.

The Sussex brand has run out of oomph in the US because success is what is valued and the Sussexes have managed just one popular Netflix show. Next step: return to the UK in a rush and take everyone by surprise; sow confusion with conflicting press briefings to carefully selected media; balance mystery with outrage; be angry, bitter, contrary and objectionable; challenge the authority of the monarchy. In this way, they are creating the next chapter of their brand narrative.

I'm not sure I buy this entirely, because HAM need no encouragement to behave badly. On the other hand, they are desperate to keep the focus on them, and they have managed to do that for three weeks near as dammit.

It's also high risk. Charities and other organisations thinking about reputation in the longer term won't be queuing up outside HAM's door, and their difficult-to-work with meteor trail precedence them. And extreme obnoxiousness takes a lot of energy. Where do you go if in just three weeks you've got to the point of letting it be known that your attitude is 'We receive no public money. We'll do as we please. F* you, Windsors'.

Could this pouring of oil on the fire mean RAVEC has spoken - and said 'no publicly funded security for you, H, M, A & L.' Or is it a probation to pa to get scribbling a Letter Patent to remove prince, HRH and dukedom so the can become even more hysterical?

Interesting Ida! , very interesting.

But they’re just circling the drain at this point. I don’t know how Sushine Sachs will turn that into a Sussex.

Perhaps Sunshine Sachs just want shot of them too at this point

AlexandraCarrington · 12/09/2026 23:56

In this way, they are creating the next chapter of their brand narrative.

But what is their brand exactly? What do they stand for, in one sentence?

Surprised they're still with Sunshine Sachs. Must be a record for them. They've dumped or been dumped by pretty much everyone else they've worked with.

That's an interesting idea too. Sunshine Sax would do well to think about how their invoices are going to be paid.

He’s probably told them not to worry, Ian’s paying.

They think they stand for humanitarianism and fighting against injustice wherever they find it. 🤣🤣🤣

But actions speak louder than words. They actually stand for doing as little as possible in order to live a life of privilege.

Thanks for another new glorious thread, @jeffgoldblum

I think this is the first time I've made the 'front page' (assuming a bunch of posts aren't made before this hits the page!

I was pondering their "We are no longer bound by the Sandringham Agreement" bullshit. When did they ever keep to it? Seems to me they broke every tenet of that agreement as soon as their plane touched down in the US. Except maybe the public use of HRH, although it's pretty clear that it's been used 'in private'.

'As Ever', their word is definitely not their bond!

Ah yes. Ian. It figures. Rumour suggests they are bad payers. School fees are payable in advance. Small beer for them but they are careless. Their website needs updating, for example.

I find this interesting and not implausible.

If M still has dreams of the Hollywood A List she's certainly not going to want to piss them off to create drama and 'material' for future use. She's not even going to want to create drama with B and C List celebs because she'd still be an outcast with the A List if she did.

No, much better to go back to the UK and ruffle feathers and create drama with her 'old adversaries' there, then come back here and write books and give interviews. Except they've pretty much all got her number here, so good luck with that! I don't think even Oprah would give her a platform these days.

I only mention M, because H was always a complete irrelevancy in Hollywood. M just doesn't get that now she is too.

The trouble is, constant bellyaching is boring after a while, and we all now know the pair of them lie and distort to a shameless degree.

She always was, wasn't she? She doesn't have the personality or talent or creativity to succeed at that level. The real A Listers never really wanted to know her. Netflix were only after the royal gossip.

...be angry, bitter, contrary and objectionable; challenge the authority of the monarchy.

Aka the shoot-yourselves-in-the-foot strategy.

They've been doing this for the last 6 years, and all they've achieved, in GB at least, is to turn people against them!

The DM is reporting that on Thursday the Royal Family and the Grifters HAM have a three way clash:
Harry and possibly Meghan are attending the inaugural Invictus Spirit awards.
William and Catherine are visiting the Isle of Bute and will visit a pub in Rothesay which is their Scottish title as they are the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay.
AND KC is doing a ’major public engagement’ which cannot be revealed in advance (presumably for security reasons) but ‘is likely to be of significant global interest’.

All I can think of which might fit is that Charles is going to Ukraine. I hope the press focus on that or whatever it is plus W and C going to the pub and HAM get zero press coverage.
