Please tell me you are not implicating Soho House in all of this. Likely a few MNetters are members of one or more. They will know as do I, no you do not go there and see drugs everywhere, no sign of them, sorry to disappoint. MA was a waiter, he got promoted, nothing unusual Soho hires from within often. He got on with the founder who used to be around a lot, stepped back after a cancer scare, he has a foul mouth that's about the only thing I can fault Nick Jones on. MA may have used his contacts at Soho, Meghan had her hennight at the Farm. In Soho world they are nothing, much bigger fish to fry. One of the world's richest fashion tycoon has regular private family meals there BA, polite, low key. Other 3 in particular very famous female American celebrities stayed for long periods, no drugs, no scandal, all pretty boring. I dont know why people think MA has this hold over Soho, he really doesnt. Anyone who has ever been to a house in the UK or abroad will know the drugs thing is total sh.. Do you really think a company that is owned by Ron Burkle, an American billionaire is going to be selling bags of coke from behind the bar.

As for Megsy & Harry no one cares. I have friends and family in Australia. Her wardrobe was not the best of Australian designers in fact the ones she choose eg Sass & Bide are quite dated having had their heyday in the early 2000s.

I agree about Australian fashion. I don’t live there but I do a lot of shopping from Australian brands as they are doing a great job of being innovative and producing the clothing using natural fibers from really good factories.

She's so full of absolute crap.

'She also said that Harry had kept her safe, especially from the lions and elephants when they went on a date to Botswana.'

Of course he did. No rangers or bodyguards with them, just Crocodile Dundee Harry keeping the wildlife at bay. Did he get them to run away in terror by droning on at them about his victimhood?

Oh for the return of the laughing emoji!

Meghan was gifted a painting, something to remember Australia by at the end.

I’m curious about the @ duchessofsussex_ on the info about the painting. Is this some sort of profit sharing promotion with the artist (so not a gift at all)?

Also look at the sea of empty glasses! Not even a drink to wash the word salad down with. 😛😅

Oh how lovely - a reminder to her of wearing Auschwitz uniform to the beach 🙄

A guest, who did not wish to be named, told The Times: 'She was saying that she wanted to be an antidote for everything online that was vicious, venomous and unfairly cruel
........................................................................................................................

Yet Meghan and Harry were utterly silent during the awful (and continued) trolling of Catherine over her illness

But offline she is has consistently behaved in a “vicious, venomous and unfairly cruel” way to employees
just trying to earn a crust, to de-selected “friends” and to family blood and by marriage.

I thought that when she was on the Ellen show and talking about her achievement - from jobbing actress to where she is now.

Yes, because of the man she married!

Just proves how delusional she is, doesn’t it?

Lostallhistory · 18/04/2026 19:03

I hadn't heard of Beyond Australia so had a Google amp.nine.com.au/article/881183be-b3af-4d18-8f4b-b9e26f75871f

Meanwhile, apparently 2000 people attended the first event of Pamela Anderson's tour in Sydney.

I saw some videos of that on X. It actually looked quite fun. Doesn’t PA have some cookery programme that M was accused of stealing ideas from?

That's a very good letter. It encapsulates what I was thinking at the time, but I'm resident in the UK at the moment so I don't think I can complain or do an AU FoI, so I'm glad that at least one organisation on the ground is trying to get some answers.

BigWillyLittleTodger · 18/04/2026 20:27

I’m very glad someone is calling the hospital to account.

The alternate drop meal is typical of a relatively down market large catering event. I have had it at work functions and occasionally weddings. There is usually a bit of swapping around the dishes at the tables. Absolutely signals this was not a high end event.

I've never heard of such a thing! Definitely not high end!

What if you're vegetarian? What if you're a Hindu and can't eat beef?

People are shelling out big money for this?

whattheflipz · 18/04/2026 23:38

li just thought we were done with Aussie news on those trains but no they were still there but there is a 9pm show about them 'victory or vanity'

Yes. Harry closed the patio doors at night when they went to bed so he ‘kept her safe from lions and elephants’.

Didn’t he say MM had to go and pee in the bush in the morning? Those places have lovely bathrooms too. I’ve stayed in one that was not quite as swish as that, but very, very nice. There are rangers everywhere, and you can’t leave your “tent” after dark without a weapon wielding ranger to escort you.

LaMarschallin · 19/04/2026 08:24

Perhaps she sees him as Harzan, Prince of the jungle?

Or would like us to.

Papercompany · 19/04/2026 08:44

Just saw the video of them walking on to the beach with people sunbathing on it! Crazy.. Literally almost walking over people who are lying down.
