I've just read Thomas Markle is in hospital intensive care. He has been treated poorly by Meghan. I doubt if the pair will have anything to say about this. Though they've always plenty to say about a lot of things. Doubt they'll be rushing to his bedside.

There are many worse, I agree.

That said, I think there’s plenty of evidence of her deceit NB: Oprah & that rankles for some. There has always been an ambitious master plan - rich chap/Ashley Cole or better etc & whilst I admire her tenacity I find her disingenuous & deceitful. She’s very clever about it & takes no prisoners in her execution. There’s quite a lot of evidence even though none of us can truly know her thoughts.

IF she REALLY wanted her father there with all her heart & soul he needed to be safely in the UK & briefed carefully months earlier as she will have realised. H would surely too have been proudly introduced once engaged!

Posters claiming that they are not super supporters but are upset with Jason Knauf for simply telling the judge the truth. After all Jason was not the one who needed to apologise to the court was he?

Choosing to attack someone for standing up to a boss on behalf of employees shows just what kind of person one is...

The never ending fault finding in regards to Meghan is getting old. It’s a broken record. Some posters (super haters?) have elevated her to the status of a ‘super villain’ 😂

Slightly off this topic but it is regarding health, Charles has announced - there’s a BBC video and he’s looking very well indeed - that he’s recovering his health quite nicely. He’s moved onto not needing treatments so frequently. Credits the advances made in science in regard to cancer, and thanks his medical team, and he’s thinking of all the other unwell people.

I presume that the DM pays him well for anything he feeds to them? So why would he stop?

And? So does his daughter and Harry

Thomas is the one who is saying he can’t afford his hospital bills.

Some posters are very concerned about that.

He has said he is continuing to receive money for the photos because they’re always using them, so those that are concerned about Thomas being unable to pay his bill, should perhaps think about clicking on the link to the photos and have a look at them. Because every time a person clicks, Thomas makes money. That money would help with his hospital bills.

Posters aren’t on here day after day obsessively posting negative posts about Thomas are they?

In fact, it’s those that post negatively and/or obsessively about Meghan who are using Thomas being ill in hospital as a way to give her another kicking.

Why did she need anyone to walk her down the aisle ? A supposedly strong independent woman in her mid thirties who had been married before ? At her first wedding both her parents accompanied her . Why didn’t her mother walk with her instead of having to get out the car early and go in a side entrance ?
The evidence that Meghan never intended her father to be at her wedding is quite strong . Why did H not meet TM before the engagement? Or immediately after ? Why didn’t M take the late Queen’s advice ( order?) that M and H fly over to see her Dad ? Why not take up the then PoW ‘s suggestion that aides be dispatched to help him and bring him over to the UK ?
Why did only Doria receive ( by personal delivery) an invitation scroll ?

And? It’s nothing that his daughter and son in law haven’t done.

I think had the Sussexes not behaved in a similar fashion to Thomas Markle people would be a lot more sympathetic to her. As it is, I have little sympathy after all their own shenanigans.

If a paper prints a story about you or uses photos you’ll usually get a few hundred pounds. The Sun used to pay the most for stories & one off deals can run to thousands as we know. The papers are not running exactly the same stories & using his photos every week. Does he have someone negotiating on his behalf re: press stories? Tom Jr? I can’t see how his press is generating funds needed (?)

Let's be honest Meghan got the best outcome she had ever hoped for - Prince Charles the future King walking her part of the way!

Here we go again - I'm not an admirer of MM , I'm not Sussex Squad blah blah it's just little ole me taking time out of my busy and fulfilling life to come on here and tell off those people who say bad thingz about her 😂.They need to get some learnings.

If she didn't want to exclude him from her wedding why did she not introduce him to Harry at any point before/during/after the engagement?

If she didn't want to exclude him from the wedding why not send him an official invitation in the same she did her Mother?

If she didn't want to exclude him from the wedding why did she not arrange for him to be fitted for his suit at an atelier in LA/America? Or bring him over to the UK to be fitted at Saville Row? The fitting for the suit should have started weeks, if not months prior. The pap photos were released literally days before the wedding, in early May. If she genuinely wanted and planned for him to be part of the wedding he would already have been fitted for a suit by that time.

That's what I don't understand. How can she say she wanted him to be part of her wedding when she had literally made zero effort to do any of the required preparation for him?

Can anyone explain this?

In fairness the rags would no doubt have been slavering over "what they could find" right from the start, @Benjithedog, but there's no denying Meghan handed them a gift with her frequent lies and crass behaviour

Many of us agree that her father's also acted like a greedy fool, but Meghan's remaining fans might have more credibility if they acknowledged that's she's done exactly the same

Harry's dropping millions on his lawsuits. No reason he can't give his father-in-law a million to cover his medical bills.

Well yes, hard to see how anyone can argue that Meghan wanted her father to come to the wedding, when she didn’t invite him. Make it make sense 🤪

You can believe what you like. But everything is not as simplistic and black and white as you see it. Do you honestly think that every poster defending MM is a member of the SS? You are very closed minded if so.

People posting on here are sharing all sorts of perspectives and differing viewpoints. Some republicans disagree with other republicans on this very matter. We are not all one homogenous mass.

They can’t so it’s ignored. It’s exactly the same with the blaming of Thomas for selling stories when his daughter and son in law do exactly the same thing.

He gave her such a good excuse to go nc. They probably breathed a huge sigh of relief.

Fair points MrsFinkelstein but at the time it was always presented to us that Thomas Markle was going to be walking her down the aisle and if she was never going to invite him then I doubt that would have been put out there in the public domain.

Even BP released a statement : "This is a deeply personal moment for Ms Markle in the days before her wedding. She and Prince Harry ask again for understanding and respect to be extended to Mr Markle in this difficult situation".

If MM had never intended to invite him that would have been the official narrative from the start surely?

He officially withdrew from the ceremony following a very conveniently timed heart attack. If he hadn’t been invited; why would he need to withdraw?

The truth is that neither of us know for sure what the circumstances were that lead to this. Maybe they were estranged and MM invited him anyway? Who knows? You prefer to take his side. And I prefer to take MM’s.

And I don’t know how many times I have to repeat this but TM wasn’t actually getting a suit fitting when those pap shots were taken. It was all fake. A set up. He wasn’t actually trying on suits.
