Thomas Markle very ill

I've just read Thomas Markle is in hospital intensive care. He has been treated poorly by Meghan. I doubt if the pair will have anything to say about this. Though they've always plenty to say about a lot of things. Doubt they'll be rushing to his bedside.

I didn’t miss it and my mind reading skills aren’t all that today

You don’t need to be a mind reader. I’ve said to scrap the pp question and asked you to answer the question I’ve asked

Do you think Harry and Meghan are worse than Andrew and Fergie?

Benjithedog · 09/12/2025 14:29

YouJustLikeToLetYourselfDown · 09/12/2025 14:25

Why won’t you answer? It’s would a pretty simple ‘no’ to everyone I know, even those that really, really dislike Meghan and Harry. I don’t like Meghan and Harry, I think some of their behaviour has been awful, but it’s is nowhere near as bad as what Andrew and Fergie have done.

I never respond to people demanding I answer anything and I see no reason to change that now. However here’s a clue for you if you’d bothered to read one of my previous post I quite clearly said Sarah and Andrew are a vile pair. Go back and look for it

Ohpleeeease · 09/12/2025 14:36

Bobafett2020 · 09/12/2025 12:33

So imagining that somebody who's estranged father is seriously ill might find it difficult is comparable to posting endless spitefull messages claiming she is a narcissistic sociopath who does not have the same normal human reactions anybody else would. Got it.
Also, as previously mentioned, the OP quoted the Daily Mail as their source.

I’m sure other people understood my post, even if you didn’t.

You’re purporting to know the feelings of someone you’ve never met, with no evidence at all other than what you “imagine”.

Other posters have formed a view about Meghan Markle based on a lot of evidence, spread across a wide range of media beyond the DM and including first hand “horse’s mouth” interviews.

Why would you be convinced you’re the one who’s right, to the extent you feel entitled to berate other posters for their equally valid and rather more substantiated conclusions?

You made negative comments about Meghan and Harry, then a negative comment about Andrew. You pointed out that he hasn’t been charged, when I said the person who said Harry and Meghan are like Andrew and Fergie on steroids aka WORSE, MORED EXTREME etc. should be disagreed with. You won’t specifically answer the question of who is worse, despite it being a very easy answer for anyone. You’re talking in riddles and being vague instead of just answering.

I’ve got my answer. 👀

Awful.

You don’t get to dictate to ANYONE and demand they answer you. Your whole arguments are based on assumptions, feelings and insults none of which are actually rooted in fact which sums up everything.

I’m saying that none of that means that ‘concern’ wasn’t expressed.

Given Meghan’s tenuous understanding of the truth , if she told me it was Tuesday , I would check !

I can’t stand Meghan and Harry, but I can answer easily and I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t.

No, Meghan and Harry are not worse than Andrew and his wife.

Adding to the list of people who know what “on steroids” means.

Hence the use of the word 'imagine'. And what I imagine is what any sane person would think a normal human being would experience. What people on here are imagining is a a kind of monstering of somebody. And yes I do criticise people for posting horrible hurtful messages about somebody who already receives probably more online abuse than anyone else in the world. You can't seriously equate that with suggesting that we should have a bit of understanding for somebody going through something difficult. Do you seriously think the two things are equal?

But now you do, I’m sure you would not think that Meghan and Harry are Andrew and Fergie on steroids, which means worse or a more extreme version of them?

That’s what I meant. No I don’t. Both awful. A&F an order of magnitude more awful.

wordler · 09/12/2025 15:54

Knowing what we know now about Andrew and Fergie, I don’t think Harry and Meghan come close.

I do suspect that they were influenced by the Yorks before they left the RF which partially influenced them to make some of the unwise decisions they have.

I imagine seeing Andrew take financial advantage of his title and position while still being funded by his parent and getting security led Harry to assume the same would be true for him.

Would explain why he was shocked when Charles cut him off.

To be fair, not even him. All his cousins do the same ( apart from the youngest ones). He probably thought Peter Phillips is flogging milk in China while sitting on a Throne he could do the same, and still do his charity work, turn up to family events etc just as they all do. His parents and Fergie also slagged the Royals off on telly.

wordler · 09/12/2025 16:08

Actually on “telling my side of the story” or my truth as they like to call it, that is the bit where ‘on steroids’ could apply to Harry and Meghan.

bluegreygreen · 09/12/2025 16:09

Mylovelygreendress · 09/12/2025 14:11

The Duke of Gloucester is grandson of George 5th and was once 5th in the LOS ( coincidentally where Harry currently is) so actually it’s really not that different .
Both partners were warmly welcomed . Meghan herself said how wonderful everyone was ! Are you suggesting she was lying ??

It's also worth remembering that before the first Cambridge baby was born there were articles discussing what the baby would look like, with one even going as far as saying that Catherine's 'commoner genes' meant that the baby would have darker skin.
https://archive.is/lUPHF

Given than Meghan is on record as saying how welcoming people were, with Harry also saying so, it is entirely possible that there was a well intentioned conversation warning the couple about possible media speculation about any children.

That’s different to the child’s own family having concerns and it’s very different because Kate isn’t black. Still wrong of course, but very different.

bluegreygreen · 09/12/2025 16:43

I know.

What I'm saying is that it's possible there was a well-intentioned conversation that was later misinterpreted, given that both originally were on record as describing the family as welcoming.

You’re right, they don’t come close. It was an absurd suggestion by whoever said it.

A “normal” human being. Another assumption, and one which I think many would question. And what exactly do you mean by “sane”?

I understand this is how you feel, but your tone towards people who feel differently is quite condescending.

That's ok because I feel condescending towards people who engage in hateful posting and bullying

Opinions are not not bullying behaviour. And it could be argued that both H and M have been accused of doing the very same thing -Vanity Fair article

Of course opinions can amount to bullying behaviour when they are uncalled for, unremittingly negative, and are so numerous that they amount to a cottage industry at this point.

Also, if you truly believe that M&H are bullies, surely you would be careful not to do the same thing because two wrongs don’t make a right?

That is you opinion to which you are free to express but to suggest that H and M can bully (again Vanity Fair article and the numerous staff who have left their employment) but no one say anything about out is really not going to fly with people.

The whole thing is like Andrew and Fergie on steroids

You think they're worse than Andrew & Sarah? My god, I can't believe that. I think you need to read up about what that pair have been up to for decades, let alone the very close relationship with a sex trafficker, Maxwell, and a paedophile, Epstein.

Harry and Meghan have fallen out with family and left. No comparison to the Yorks

Andrew and Sarah were the bright young things forging their own way, back in the day, the young warrior and she was a ‘breath of fresh air’ etc

They based on their friendships on what they could get and ended up with some very dodgy friends as the people who wanted to spend time with them and give them free stuff shrank

Harry and Meghan seem to be following that path at quite a pace, they wanted to make as much money doing fuck all. They seem to think their titles are an alternative to talent and hard work.

In a way they are lucky that the RF have cut them off so they are less likely to be used as their network is fairly useless now.

I hope the rumours about Harry’s exploits in the army are just that, as Andrew is a dirty pig and his enabling wife is no better.

Andrew was left with a convicted rapist and dictators for buddies at the end, which is a warning sign for Harry and Meghan but are they smart enough to see it.

My2cents1975 · 09/12/2025 17:34

I agree with @Justdancevance!

For now, we know Hollywood is crawling with creeps and that H himself wrote that he was stoned out of his mind at a party at Courtnety Cox's house and was talking to a bin.

How could H in an alternated mental state know what he did or did not do at various parties and with whom and whether or not he was recorded on some other guest's phone at various Hollywood parties?

No-one knows where H&M will wind up relative to A&F over a timeframe of about 40 years (A&F's 1986 marriage to now). But the trajectory, from the OTT engagement photo dress to the grifting off billionaire "friends" (Tyler Perry/Victoria Jackson) is similar so far.

(Edited to correct year A&F were married)
