The royal family

How can Harry be so deluded?

HiRen · 04/06/2025 17:38

The paranoia deepens

I don't really know what to conclude from this other than that Harry must feel the victim of a deep state conspiracy. Being a spoilt brat, and not understanding that he's there to serve his country rather than the country being there to serve him, can't help. Even if he did fear strategic delays, why would he jump to the conclusion that specific individuals have it in for him, rather than that there's a bigger picture to consider?

I just can't fathom the depths of misery and confusion he must experience on a daily basis. He must think his whole life was a lie until he met Meghan. I really do think things with Harry are much worse than they seem. Which puts an entirely different, and much darker, gloss on all of Meghan's utterings of her era of joy.

I honestly wouldn't want to be in their orbit. And I wonder whether those who remain in their orbit are desperate, whether as friends or employees. They're too much.

Harry and Meghan explored changing surname to Spencer amid children’s passport delays

Exclusive: source says couple feared unexplained wait was due to king’s opposition to their children bearing HRH title

That's not even slightly correct. Just because you have a high profile doesn't give anyone the right to invade your privacy.

He briefed the Press about the delay in his children's passports.

And Harry himself has invaded his own, his brother, sister in law, niece and nephews, father, step mother, father in law, grandmother, grandfather, previous girlfriends, former house matron and numerous other people's privacy more in the past 5 years than anyone else even associated with the RF!

Go tell him! And his wife - they're very busy posting photos of their children online currently. I've seen more of the Sussex children this year than I have the Wales'

I also strongly don't think he actually is Charles' son, but that's a whole other story.

Nonsense.

He strongly resembles both Charles and Philip. Far more so than William does.

Agreed. And I saw a picture once of Zara from the side, with a woolly hat and a scarf on, and she was the absolute spit of Harry.

I think it could and should happen now, but not retrospectively. So everyone who currently has HRH titles can keep them, but going forward only the direct heir and their children will be HRH Prince(ss). That is already the case in most if not all of the European monarchies.

Really the late Queen should have done it because it would have preempted a lot of this. But that wasn't her style.

Edited

I wonder if Harry & Meghan's kids having HRH might delay the expected title changes. For example, it will look very odd if Archie & Lilibet keep the titles, despite never visiting the UK, but Charlotte and Louis' children don't use titles. Having said that, William may think it's the right thing to do and want to press ahead anyway.

Agree with this, he takes after that side of the family, and William looks more like his mother. Harry has the Spencer red hair but is otherwise really like Charles.

So true
It’s odd how some people can’t see it

Butchyrestingface · 04/06/2025 22:32

Must admit, the story about HRH Wales shoving not-so HRH Sussex into a Pedigree Chum bowl was quite the visual image.

I don’t think he has personality disorder but I do think he was deeply traumatised as a young boy by what happened to his mother and left a drift to deal with it without proper help or guidance. He lost his mother - his guide - in horrifically tragic and very public circumstances and never recovered .

I agree. I don’t think the boys had any sort of therapy either. Extraordinary really.

MaidOfSteel · 04/06/2025 22:35

Everything that Markle & her lapdog say is lies. Remember how they told Oprah Winfrey that Archie had been denied his HRH and Prince title by the royal family? This guff shows they knew full well there was no entitlement to these honorifics until his grandfather became monarch.
Also, no one believes for a second he doesn’t know that his mother dispensed with her royal protection squad. They will say anything, including easily refutable lies, to maintain their victimhood.
And, why is Lili entitled to a British passport? I didn’t think having one British parent gave you automatic citizenship any more. Was Markle even here long enough to become a UK citizen?
The lies and stinking hypocrisy of these two turn my stomach.

I think Charles should be the one to issue LPs henceforth limiting HRH royal titles only to the heir and their children. Much better to do it before the children are born, and indeed before their parents are married, than retrospectively.

If the Queen had made such a move before Harry had even met Meghan he wouldn't be able to cry racism and the like. But she didn't, and so we now have the SoCal HRH's.

I’ve said this before but I think he may have a personality disorder.

I know it’s very armchair psychology of me but I do. Delusions of grandeur are probably harder to spot in the royal family due to their status as well..royalty.

People with money don’t get diagnosed with Personality Disorder. They get diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. It’s far more acceptable to be considered bipolar that PD.

I see the Firms PR machine is out in force again.

He didn't choose this life and all he's ever asked is that the media stop posting negative stories about his wife and family when at the same time they're all loving up the rest of the royal family

I also strongly don't think he actually is Charles' son, but that's a whole other story.

He looks just like Charles! Increasingly as he gets older.

That's right. Even so, I wouldn't use a 'service' that did things I so strongly disagree with. I'd just keep away. The press aren't hounding him. Harry and the press play Tango.

Im surprised he didn’t try to sue his brother.

JustSawJohnny · 04/06/2025 22:44

What I can't fathom is how anyone would find it so shocking for family members to have a falling out.

Or are you one of those who thinks Charles and Will/Kate can't do any wrong?

Charles seems like a prize shit, as does Camilla, IMO. William is going to be King and is behaving as such.

I really could not give a shit about the lot of them but a bit of me does think fair play to Harry for getting the fuck out of what looks like a miserable, stifling life.

Twatalert · 04/06/2025 22:44

MrsLeonFarrell · 04/06/2025 21:55

There is no evidence that Harry was neglected or abused. Despite what he has written having one less sausage than your older brother is not abuse.

I think there is more than enough. Quite easy to spot for someone who's been abused and has lived with the consequences.

Apparently Meghan has bought a domain under her “ new “ name.
My thought is that she/ they have got wind that their titles might be removed and this is her way of maintaining the Sussex link.

ooohhhhhhh

He's had 5 yrs of therapy! He told us either in his book or on the netflix series. Can't remember which now but I remember thinking what a luxury that is given the rest of us get maybe 6 sessions of CBT on the NHS! And his 5 yrs of therapy seems to have made him worse, not better...

FloraBotticelli · 04/06/2025 17:45

What conclusion would you draw if your passport application was taking 5 months when everyone else’s is done in 3 weeks?

I suppose he's not like everyone else and doesn't seem to want to be, isn't that the crux of the problem. He seems so confused about what he wants to be.

Those five years probably led to him seeing through the royal family BS. It's one thing to see it and move away from it, but another to find your place in the world and find peace. Five years is decent. Most people would make significant progress during that time.

I think if they did it like Denmark retrospectively, Andrew would lose his Prince title. It does seem like most European monarchies are doing the same if not already done.

Mylovelygreendress · 04/06/2025 23:04

@JustSawJohnny

“I really could not give a shit about the lot of them but a bit of me does think fair play to Harry for getting the fuck out of what looks like a miserable, stifling life.”

Just a reminder that Harry didn’t want to leave this “ miserable stifling life”. He and/ or Meghan wanted to earn their own money whilst doing certain Royal duties and retaining the perks.
When the Late Queen said no , they flounced off.

BigWillyLittleTodger · 04/06/2025 23:05

So according to that article Harry is going to challenge the high court ruling on his security case??
