How can Harry be so deluded?

1000 replies

HiRen · 04/06/2025 17:38

The paranoia deepens

I don't really know what to conclude from this other than that Harry must feel the victim of a deep state conspiracy. Being a spoilt brat, and not understanding that he's there to serve his country rather than the country being there to serve him, can't help. Even if he did fear strategic delays, why would he jump to the conclusion that specific individuals have it in for him, rather than that there's a bigger picture to consider?

I just can't fathom the depths of misery and confusion he must experience on a daily basis. He must think his whole life was a lie until he met Meghan. I really do think things with Harry are much worse than they seem. Which puts an entirely different, and much darker, gloss on all of Meghan's utterings of her era of joy.

I honestly wouldn't want to be in their orbit. And I wonder whether those who remain in their orbit are desperate, whether as friends or employees. They're too much.

Harry and Meghan explored changing surname to Spencer amid children’s passport delays

how do we know it was gifted? In any case it would have gifted before the strange and off-putting video of Meghan. but more importantly, aren't there much more deserving people who should be gifted a trip like this? the Sussexes are rich. and should have pass the gift to some under privileged children

You'd think. However, it's all about the moolah with them.
If it wasn't gifted, she wouldn't have thanked Disney, would she?

So greedy and grasping.

CR2025 · 09/06/2025 12:16

Didn’t he only get 2 Es at A level even though he was at Eton and had lots of extra tutoring?

he must be thick as shit? 80iq??

Bigcat25 · 09/06/2025 12:17

We don't know that it was free. The thanking a company is kind of a cheezy social media thing some insta people do. Like "thank you resto x for an amazing experience!" Even if they paid. They need something for a banal caption and won't to come across as gracious.

True. It may not have been a freebie. They're just not the kind of people to express thoughtful consideration and thanks, but maybe they did on this occasion.

To be fair, I don't think Disney need to give freebies. They seem to have plenty of custom already and I'm not sure the presence of minor celebs/ex royals would make much difference to bookings either way. So I would guess they paid. I'm sure someone said somewhere they had asked for the park to be closed but were told no. That suggests to me Disney are fine with them coming as paying customers but don't feel the need to make extra effort for them.

IsoldeWagner · 09/06/2025 12:37

Fair point.

AtIusvue · 09/06/2025 12:45

Unlikely to be free but I’m sure Disney went all out because of the optics of a little princess meeting a Disney princess.

MaturingCheeseball · 09/06/2025 12:46

I just don’t see them forking out $15k of their own money.. and then thanking Disney for the privilege, no matter what other Instahuns do.

If you pay out of your own purse then you get privacy. Someone pays for you - then they’ve paid for you to surrender that privacy. That’s how it works, but H&M have Archie and Lili in tow so it seems their privacy is for sale.

Mylovelygreendress · 09/06/2025 12:47

Will just leave this here

Yes, good point.

Disney are all about family values and clean entertainment. There is no way they would have agreed to any paid promotional item alongside a twerking video. But equally, there is no way they would be able to stop Meghan posting "thanks Disney" (even if Disney had gifted absolutely nothing) and putting it up alongside said twerking.

IsoldeWagner · 09/06/2025 12:52

Anyone seen the latest picture posted by Meghan? She's walking through the sea in a white slip dress. No idea why.

TheSecondMrsCampbellBlack · 09/06/2025 12:52

OMG she really is cosplaying Diana, urgh at that photo!

Yes I can see how she might want to give the impression that Disney have paid for it all because they’re so important.

AtIusvue · 09/06/2025 12:54

Although, what I can’t get my head around is why when you know pics of your real life little princess meeting a Disney princess, Lili is always so unkempt.

Never a brush through the hair or any attempt to coordinate her outfits. I get you don’t want to fuss over little kids and as soon as you put them in something, then ice cream will be down it etc but she’s in a very thin summer dress that’s too big for her (note others are dressed for the weather) hair unbrushed and no shoes in one pic. Theres letting kids be free and wild at home….but then don’t let them look like that in public and post the pic to the world.

Most families, particularly those that are going there for the kids birthday, put a great deal of effort into their Disney clothes. It’s a treat. A little girls birthday at Disney meeting princesses, would usually mean a lot more effort. Lili just looks like she’s been running around in the back garden. …not dressed for Disney for her birthday, which would have prob cost at least 20k.

It’s so odd how much effort she puts into how she dresses but it looks like the nanny just puts anything on Lili that’s clean.

ThePoshUns · 09/06/2025 13:24

I thought the children look quite scruffy and yes a hairbrush would have helped. Most little girls I have seen dress up in their Disney princess outfit themselves when they meet the Disney princesses. They could have made more of an effort.

Mylovelygreendress · 09/06/2025 13:28

We are taking our 4 year DGD to DLP soon and she is already talking about which Princess outfits she wants to wear !
She also asked if I am dressing up ……

Weepixie · 09/06/2025 13:46

I’ve no idea whether the video is for real or not but if it is, it’s certainly not a spontaneous video given the amount of rehearsal that must have gone into it even for Harry’s part alone.

And observations from the guy in the critique of it as well as from other posters - so many of them are wrong and I’m saying this from my personal experience of having been in 13 pre labour rooms/Labour rooms/delivery rooms/post natal rooms (what ever you want to call them) in my time having given birth 5 times and been at the Labour and birth of each of my 8 grandchildren.

Spot on. We don’t know that it was gifted but if it was then shame on them for accepting the gift.

Im no fan of Harry’s but to describe him, or anyone else, who may find actual exams difficult for a whole host of reasons including learning difficulties as being ‘as thick as shit’ says more about you than anyone else.

Also your ref to an IQ of 80 - well let me tell you that my sons IQ is probably less than that but he’s one of the smartest and cleverest people I know. He also one of the nicest people in the world. And you would be doing really well to be even just a little bit like him and his kindred spirits.

And I was going to report your post but I’ve decided not to - you need to be shamed for who you are instead. Not that I really think you know what shame is.

wouldn't you typically thank all the wonderful staff at Disney who made our stay so special or similar not just thanks Disney. They may well be trying to give the impression this was sponsored but Disney would never have paid for their stay. Doing so could generate quite negative reactions on social media as the Sussexes are rich and do not need or deserve 15k worth of freebies when the Walt Disney Company could make a real difference helping children and families in difficult circumstances.

She is lining the royal dc up for merching, that's clear. It won't work, as ever.
How the mighty have sunk. It's not exactly classy to use your dc for a discount and it's especially embarrassing for a real prince and princess. It's a bit like begging for freebies. I don't think Meghan has ever fully understood the RF and what she married into. William must be cringing so so hard.

Lilli looked like a wee girl who was straining at the bit to get out the door as quickly as she could in order to start her day, and I particularly liked that her pony tail looked as if someone had had to run behind her in the morning to put her hair up because she wouldn’t stand still long enough to have it done nicely. She looked just like lots of other wee girls her age. And can you imagine if there had been a picture of her dressed up as a Disney Princess 🙈

TheSecondMrsCampbellBlack · 09/06/2025 14:10

@SweetCapri I agree, Disney would not have paid for them, it just wouldn't have happened.

I thought they looked scruffy too. In the very few photos of them they also don’t look particularly relaxed or happy either.
