I don't really know what to conclude from this other than that Harry must feel the victim of a deep state conspiracy. Being a spoilt brat, and not understanding that he's there to serve his country rather than the country being there to serve him, can't help. Even if he did fear strategic delays, why would he jump to the conclusion that specific individuals have it in for him, rather than that there's a bigger picture to consider?

I just can't fathom the depths of misery and confusion he must experience on a daily basis. He must think his whole life was a lie until he met Meghan. I really do think things with Harry are much worse than they seem. Which puts an entirely different, and much darker, gloss on all of Meghan's utterings of her era of joy.

I honestly wouldn't want to be in their orbit. And I wonder whether those who remain in their orbit are desperate, whether as friends or employees. They're too much.

I agree with this. I've no objection to the video in itself & there's no law against making a tit of yourself behind closed doors.

However I believe that when it comes to the delivery room The Las Vegas Rule should apply = what happens there stays there. Releasing a video to the world-wide public of such intimate and private moments is crass, tawdry and lowlife.

So I think we have here: a clapback against a certain rumour using a video that is designed to pour more fuel on the fire of the rumours. In other words, Meghan is trolling her critics

Yes the rumour mongers wind themselves up with ever sillier ideas, but I'd have thought they'd eventually run out of steam or at least move onto something else if not given oxygen

I think it has nothing to do with the surrogacy rumours, they have lived with that for years. The timing so soon after all their efforts in 2025 were abject failures, she has had to change direction and use her kids to try to generate interest. I think she expected her instagram to break the internet in the same way Jennifer Aniston did, but none of that happened.

Her insta followers have now increased, but people who are watching it and who have access to platforms who follow instagrammers accounts, have noticed something peculiar in how the numbers are increasing with the same number of followers increasing hour by hour, doesnt appear to be a normal organic growth, so clearly her insta account is being targeted by bots.

If I had a time machine my first port of call would be the Battle of Lincoln to see the 70+ William riding back because he'd forgotten his helmet with the battlecry "God is with the Marshal!" ringing out (which given his history must really have put the wind up the French invaders) Amazing man. @HonoriaBulstrode agree with every word about Charles II. It would have been so easy to dispense with Catherine, remarry and have a legitimate heir, but he didn't.

So it seems the reason for the delay, was due to a) lockdown and people working from home causing a backlog, and b) they wanted to included HRH on their passports which at that time they were not entitled to.
TBH until reading the various articles about having HRH on passports, I assumed that no one had titles on their passports.
So I looked it up, and there is a whole item on the Gov website about how to show titles on passports, and which kind of title. Totally weird.
I would have thought better of him, if he had wanted to change his name to Smith or Brown, rather than Spencer (another aristocratic name).
As regards names of passports, many blended families do not all have the same last name, and it has been known to cause some problems when travelling.
(ie mother remarried, using married name, and DC with their bio DF name).

Charlotte (on the balcony, in the palace, at the coronation) is the reference to royalty that tweens already acknowledge as she is part of their generation and is famous worldwide. Her Wimbledon sunglasses and her Taylor Swift concert outfits are already iconic to her peers.

The minor aged nepo-baby celebrity field is very crowded with Beyonce's twins, Kardashian kids, Rihanna babies, and they will all viciously compete for the kidswear/beauty/lifestyle dollars. And if these moms twerk it is consistent as part of the celebrity/pop star persona.

There were attempts to implicate her in the 'Popish Plot', but Charles wasn't having it. He was very sceptical about the Plot as a whole. The murder of Sir Edmund Berry Godfrey is one of those fascinating unsolved historical mysteries, though.

Poor Charlotte. Her every move will be copied/ one upped. I do hope she's able to stay well out of it, get a good university education and have her own career away from all this nonsense.

Her parents are very solid and capable, though. They'll ensure that she is protected and supported and given as stable a childhood as possible.

Anne managed to forge her own path. I know the added pressures of modern life and the Internet are ever present, but agree re W&C. I can't imagine them forcing or cajoling her into anything she doesn't want and she certainly isn't going to be merched by them.

H&M seem to be trying another doomed "half in half out" with exposure of their kids currently but I don't think it will be long until they are much more visible, unfortunately.

IMHO, Charlotte will be fine.

As the only daughter of the future King and chances are she will become the only daughter of a King while under 20, she will inevitably be front page on every fashion magazine/social media/other media yet to be invented. But on the plus side, she has stable parents, a loving extended family and hopefully will find a solid girl gang like her mom, that does not talk to the media.

Charlotte will likely have a similar relationship to the media as her Great Aunt Anne who was in the same spot (3 brothers, no sisters) ...wary resignation and then relief once George and Louis bring in SILs to dilute the media's attention on her. She won't miss it because she will have lived the downsides of it!

Copying Charlotte will be clear and obvious given the age difference and it will only result in pity for the competitor.

The thing is, if Lilli is a raving beauty that might drum up some interest, but if she is an ordinary looking child, or even quite plain it’s going to be hard to make her the focus of Meghans social media campaign.

Isn't William the Marshal also the man who had to take part in a three-day tourney to recruit his finances at one point, but couldn't afford to pay to be taken out of his armour and slept in it for three nights, and was then found the following morning being very carefully got out of it by a smith because it was rather dented and difficult to doff – but having won the big prize he could at last afford the smith!
