How can Harry be so deluded?

I don't really know what to conclude from this other than that Harry must feel the victim of a deep state conspiracy. Being a spoilt brat, and not understanding that he's there to serve his country rather than the country being there to serve him, can't help. Even if he did fear strategic delays, why would he jump to the conclusion that specific individuals have it in for him, rather than that there's a bigger picture to consider?

I just can't fathom the depths of misery and confusion he must experience on a daily basis. He must think his whole life was a lie until he met Meghan. I really do think things with Harry are much worse than they seem. Which puts an entirely different, and much darker, gloss on all of Meghan's utterings of her era of joy.

I honestly wouldn't want to be in their orbit. And I wonder whether those who remain in their orbit are desperate, whether as friends or employees. They're too much.

Except that W and H's privacy was much better protected and it wasn't obvious that one had been picked by the parents to be the favourite.

We're definitely headed towards more blatant monetisation of the children, especially Lili.

It's very strange, as pp have said, publicly favouring one child like that.

The Kardashians do this too don’t they, push the girls forward while the boy children are given a lot more space and privacy. Clearly There just isn’t as much monetary value in male children in the influencer space or maybe there is something more misogynistic at play in terms of ‘protecting’ the boys and ‘selling’ the girls, anyway Im just musing, I’m sure people a lot smarter than me will eventually give a proper analysis to this sort of behaviour.

I think we're seeing the start of the children fulfilling their stereotypical roles. Archie more serious, into causes and doing good and Lilibet into pink, sparkles and unicorns. Archie will start to join his dad as Harry clings to his royalty and Lilibet will share her love of clothes. Harry and Meghan have 10 years before the new generation become the media focus. Archie and Lilibet are being primed to join them, if not beat them to it.

Harry will come to regret putting his kids all over social media.

They are well within their rights, to complain as adults, that their childhood were exposed and it was hard to tell what was a performance and what was real.

How about mum talked to the press/posted on insta about her special bond with Lili and I was forgotten? Clear for the world to see and talk about.

The teenage years in that house will be rough. Fully deserved too.

Thing is, if Lili does have confidence and is outgoing- that’s going to be difficult for Meg, who we know is controlling, to deal with.

Meg will have an image of what she wants Princess LIlibet Diana to be….im sure Lili will have her own version.

But by giving the kids a public profile and not keeping their lives private- that means Lili will have more control and power as she ages and Meg …Will lose her mind.

Look at North Kardashian already, her level of fame as such a young age is because her whole childhood was exposed. Once you give a child that level of fame, interest only builds. The same is happening with Lili. But look at North, Kim has very little control over her now - she basically just acts as her momager now.

Thats Megs only route, become a Momager to Lili.

I think that because Lilli was born in the US and has never met the wider family apart from perhaps briefly once or twice with Charles, M views Lilli as less contaminated for want of a better word. Poor Lilli.

No US or UK media outlets would publish photos of celeb children's faces. We've never seen the Clooney's kids, or Ryan Reynolds'. It isn't that they don't go anywhere, it's that the media abides by privacy laws. Whether a non US/non UK outlet would care enough to publish them, I don't know.

As someone who very definitely wasn’t the Golden Child ( my mother told me more than once she never wanted a daughter) they are setting up the possibility of an unhappy Archie in years to come.

That, or simply because girls are easier to 'market'.

If As Ever was going to be a successful enterprise that Meghan had hoped then this week would not have happened. If their new plan is to lean into the children then this will eventually be disastrous for their relationships. Beyonce and the Kardashian's have the money for the children to make their own empires that is slightly different to using the childrens image for providing the money to upkeep the family home and security. Archie face was all over twitter when Harry did the surfing and rightly so was never picked up by the media. Even some of the biggest Meghan trolls didn't even go there.

Yes, so all their claims about the children being papped are untrue.

Those children must be constantly surrounded by cameras and filming. It must be exhausting to live like that.

When the brand is failing let’s bring out the kids! H and m are so transparent in all their pr efforts it’s embarrassing.

For examples of good twerking, see Megan Thee Stallion, because she does it well (it's all in the knees and thigh muscles, apparently) and because she's a smart, gifted woman who can bring the necessary humour and knowing irony to the move.

But hey, they slap on a heart emoji over their faces, so that magically cancels out all potential harms of social media exposure. Apparently.

there is going to have to be an Archie special in the next week. It's not just here that is noticing the difference in the coverage of the children.

How many of us on here have been saying this would happen for a long time?

Many many of us have said this would happen for years. Many of us have pointed out the Kardashian pathway they have chosen. And many have been driven off - and pushed off - this site for doing so.

It's really disappointing to see the full on merching of the children, especially Lili. I'd like to say Archie is more protected, but it seems very much like he's forgotten.

It's been a full on PR blitz this week and she still hasn't cracked 4M followers on IG.

That's still pretty pathetic in influencer terms, considering the name recognition she has. If I were her and her team - I'd be disappointed. I'd have expected millions of new followers, not just 100ks. For her name recognition she'd be expecting to hit at least double figures in followers now.

And still isn't enabling comments or even seeing the total amount of likes each post gets.

As ever and With love Meghan havent give her the engagement she clearly craves - the kids do, their faces will be fully visible by the end of the year, if not sooner.

Edit: it was the one thing I did give them credit for - not allowing the children to be photographed. I understand why the Wales' children are photographed, don't really like it, but I think the Wales are doing it in the best way possible. I really did like H&M for not putting their children out in public. And I really did hope they wouldn't start down this road, because it's a one way street.

As someone who has lived as part of a ND family for a couple of generations I wouldn’t assume Lili is being used as click bait because she’s the favourite child. My first thoughts instead take me to the possibility of ND I’m the other child.

Or just that a girl is easier to merchandise? She also has that unique name.
