It's not good news for Meghan. The podcast by Meghan is out of the Spotify 100 in the US and the UK. With Apple it's not even in the top 200 chart.

The podcast everyone wants and which she won’t give them, is a royal themed one.

I agree that a royal themed podcast would be much better, but Meghan was only royal for such a short time and that's 5 years ago now. I don't see what she would have to say unless it's going over the old nonsense about Kate not sharing her lip gloss.

If she had moved to California but kept up good relations with the royals and appeared at occasional royal events, she'd be in a vastly better position in every respect. An outfit that had been seen on the balcony of Buckingham Palace would be a lot more marketable than something worn to clomp around her garden. And she might even be able to get some royal guests on her podcast. She really played this very badly. Both of them did.

This. Also they could have had an apartment in KP and/or a property on the Windsor estate, with security paid for.

I don’t think I have ever seen anyone’s projects flop so badly. I mean actors have a bad movie but they almost always manage to turn things around by changing something. Ie roles, skills. There just doesn’t seem to be any change. I haven’t listened to the podcasts as they sound so lame but I’m reading what others have said after listening and I can’t see what the difference is between that and the other one. It’s all about her.
A member of my family is like that and I can barely listen to her either. The conversation always revolves around them. So boring

I have made Nigella's chicken and bacon pie from Nigella Express a ridiculously number of times (it's a favourite dish in our house, and I haven't needed to look at the recipe for years - I have tweaked it to suit our tastes), and you do precook the chicken in the sauce 1st and then put the ROLLED OUT shop bought pastry over the top just before you put it in the oven. Takes 20mins to cook in the oven. It's manna from heaven.

When I first saw the clip I assumed it was a chicken and biscuits dish but on closer look it does appear to be pastry. I'm not sure how well it would cook?

The Nigella dish works because the pastry makes a lid over the chicken so it stays moist in it's gravy while the pastry cooks. Meghan's sauce is a bit thicker and there's big gaps between the pastry wedges. I'd be interested to see the finished dish.

She could have done something with the history of the royal family, Americans won’t know that much of this to start with. even just about the women, loads of material.
It’s the one subject she never mentions now though.

If she isn't rolling out the pastry then it isn't going to cook evenly and the end result is going to be very different from Nigella's. Overcooked chicken or undercooked pastry - I'd be giving that a polite thanks, but no thanks 😁

Why would you post something that looks so unappetising when her whole spiel is to elevate the ordinary?

She's not well informed though, and didn't even seem to learn the basics when working in the RF. All she has to sell is that nasty gossip, which has probably been exhausted now.
She's not talented, experienced, not achieved much, not even developed good cooking skills. Worse, she is inauthentic and prone to lecture.
I think she can probably sell clothes and makeup, and continue with the hostess/trad wife vibe.
Maybe something like QVC?

Sadly this kind of life must impact on children and by this I mean on all children of parents who inflict this kind of life on their children whether they are Kardashians or Katie Price. Look at how she sticks Harvey in the spotlight and has coached him to say certain things. Meghan's children are going to grow up asking why she films herself cooking or in the garden or makes fake videos with ducks. Well my darlings it's because I post them online for others to see. But WHY Mummy? Why do you do this when you say social media is bad? What about the dead children ? What about the landmines ? When can I have a phone? Oh no darlings you can't be exposed to the evils of social media. Just give me a little word or two. It's so hypocritical.

I also think the voice of her daughter sounds very odd in the latest video? Why on earth would they put this out there?! It's 'teasing' the public with their children. It's wrong. Fair enough if Meghan wants to put out snippets of her life, etc. but it is so unfair to include the children in this... First they saddle them with titles and then include random limbs and backs of heads - it's like they are trying to create an appetite to see these kids in those who watch their content. Talking about 'red hair' and 'blue, blue eyes'.... Just stop talking about the kids - rely on your own 'strengths and skills' to make a living!

They have called that child Princess Lilibet Diana for a reason.

She was a successful actress and married a prince so I think it’s highly likely she has achieved more than you

True, "marrying a prince" is the pinnacle of her achievement and the reason for her wealth, privilege and access to opportunities like Netflix etc.

I'm sure the children are cute now, but growing up with these two for parents will create the two most self-absorbed, enormous-egoed nepo babies ever! Brooklyn Beckham will seem a non-starter in comparison.
