I listened to the last one in full (could not make it past the first 15 minutes of the other two). Her last guest Kadi was more interesting.
Anyway this is how Sussex.com discusses the podcast from the Time 100 thingy:
She also spoke about Confessions of a Female Founder, her new podcast produced in partnership with Lemonada Media. Within weeks of launch, it hit the #1 spot in Apple’s business podcast category and continues to be in the top ten overall. Each episode features candid conversations with trailblazing women in business, offering both inspiration and practical insight for aspiring entrepreneurs.
I get that she needs for paint it positively and strictly speaking part of it is true. However it went to Number 1 on the business chart for maybe one or two days and then disappeared. Michelle Obama's podcast has been said to be a failure, but having observed these charts for a while now, she tends to hover at around number 50. That consistency makes a more successful podcast.
