Will, George & Charlotte - Taylor Swift concert (photos)

Looks like William took George and Charlotte to see Taylor Swift for his birthday. Looks like Taylor was just as happy to meet them as they were to meet her.

I think the photos are nice, and I'm glad they all are having a blast.

I don't think they needed to publish the pictures though - it just does rub it in a little bit - the 'haves' and 'have-nots'. What was the point in publishing these pictures - to boost the RF or to boost TS? Neither really needs the publicity, surely?

For those who couldn't get tickets to the concert (like me and my 10-year old who has been crying every time she sees something on the TV about TS or her concert), it's poor form. Builds resilience, yes - but shows that the special people can do what they want, when they want - and the rest of us cannot.

At least if they didn't publish the photos, we could have avoided another episode of sadness here.

I’m flabbergasted that someone in a profession that is so disrespected and portrayed by the press, politicians and lots of members of the public as short hours and full of holidays would be so blasé about how hard other people work.

Please don’t call people servants. It’s really disrespectful of them.

Also, I don’t think teachers should mark papers while they are so angry. It’s not fair to the kids. You can totally tell!!!

Whoever mentioned the police there would have been more police protecting concert goers than the royal family, maybe we shouldn't have public events that need the police ?

Yes, we are trying - time is running out though. And I know it's not the biggest deal in the world and lots of people haven't managed to get tickets, but it's hard to explain to a 10-year old why I couldn't get tickets (and others could).

Hopefully TS will tour again ("but it won't be ERAS") and we'll have better luck next time 😐

I disagree - I don't see that this is serving any purpose, whereas other photos often do.

I am sorry that you weren't able to get tickets but I don't think you can expect others to not post their joy at being there - including TS being stoked that the heir to the throne was at her show and vice versa for the Wales' - plus Era's is a record breaking phenomenom so it will have lots of publicity - it was discussed on R4 Today programme for example!

Oh I've not heard that before I think she's for all ages. I'm not a fan really but I wouldn't hesitate to take a 9 and 11 year old.
