They need to stop giving into public pressure. Edited photos and now this likely set up photo that doesn’t actually show her face, are just making more speculation.

If they’re telling the truth, they should just say nothing and let Kate return when well. The edited photo and now this photo showing virtually nothing of her, is making me think there is something more to it.
