I haven't been at all interested in this until this photo. I would say she has could have had cosmetic surgery that hasn't healed/complications. A facelift/cheek fillers.

If that’s her then it makes the grainy car photo look dodgy.

But they’re bringing it on themselves. If they issue photos and possibly agree to this what looks like a set up photo, then people are going to say things. Why don’t they just ignore public pressure? I think if they had been truthful, they would be ignoring public pressure, confident in both the truth they’ve told and that the public would see soon enough that all is well.

The edited photo and this photo is the result of panic setting in because they’re not telling the truth imo. They’re only making it worse, it’s a PR disaster for them, but completely of their own making.

This poor woman has been in front of the press for 20 years, not all of it has been complimentary and just for falling in love with a royal. Until this point she has given the public a fair amount.

She might have any manner of illness that she doesn’t want to make public.

Of course no other celebrity has ever edited a photo 😂 - yet the media still happily publishes them - including Harry's full head of luxuriant hair without the bald spot or Kim Kardashian's mega edited photos.😂

I think it shows that the Mother’s Day photo had been edited a lot more to be very misleading. As you say, they happily leave edited photos up all the time so the editing on this one was more problematic.
