What on earth is going on with Princess Charlene of Monaco?

The latest update doesn't seem to make a huge amount of sense - a sinus infection has kept her away from Monaco since January? I understand that would mean you couldn't fly, but surely someone with her status would be offered another mode of transport to return to her children?
She doesn't look well in the video, I hope it's just poorly shot and that she's not seriously poorly.

I don't think there's necessarily any self-serving agenda here, though I do think she's more seriously ill than has been reported. If she didn't release any pictures for months, people would be speculating that she was dead or in a coma or being held hostage somewhere. It's really a no-win situation for her.

The DM definitely posted the photo comparison deliberately and notice how they put "sinus infection" in quotation marks in the text. They also made a point of mentioning there were no official reason given for the past 2 surgeries. They do this in all articles where there is more to the story but they are obviously not allowed to print the details.

Apparently she has moved back into a 2 bedroom apartment alone, seems she was living there on her own before her S. Africa trip.

Just seen that Albert has admitted she is no longer in Monaco...

It is so sad for all of them, she certainly looks physically ill, thats for sure. He looked so disinterested in the photo of her draped over him when she arrived back.

Again, the poor children. Hopefully she's close enough that they can see her.

I can only think that he’s a monster. How else has he been able to keep her living in with him when she’s clearly absolutely miserable?

I think her choice of clothes since she's back is to hide signs of how thin she's become. I guess food is the only control she has in her life 😔

I do hope they aren't doing a 'Britney' on her! All of Prince Alberts paternity suits can't be helping the poor womans state of mind.

I don't think her hair is shaved off, when she arrived back in Monaco,her was cut into a short style.

I don't know what to think of the photos of their children on the balcony with the banners !

Its all so terribly sad, and now she's been hospitalised?

It sounds like she's in a mental health facility. I thought that she looked like she could have an eating disorder.

Albert is being more 'open' now that she is back in Europe. His interview with people magazine is dreadfully sad. I hope she recovers soon..

I think she has psychological or psychiatric issues. She seems intent on portraying herself as a 'victim' of something- be that ill-health or her marriage. She seems to encourage speculation by her actions and appearance choices. Something very strange about her.
I think Albert has come across as reasonable. The Grimaldis have form for affairs and marriages to unsuitable people and numerous children. Caroline and Stephanie are the same- seems to be accepted as part of life.
