Roussette, you are proving my point here. I said that I, personally, don't see see any mileage in it and yet you've lumped us all together - l'm not going to speak for others. I've never been accused of being you on there and I regularly disagree with opinions that don't match mine. "Woe betide anyone who disagrees even slightly" is a tad histrionic - perhaps you need to stop looking and let it go?
I never said you were accused of being me. I said someone who had a more moderate view (about MM) was.
Let it go? I think that really applies to those 'elsewhere'. A big part of certain threads are spent talking about MNers or their posts. Or even copying and pasting them over there!
I apologise for lumping you all together. I agree with you 100%, there really should be NO mileage in knocking this site.
@Nishky If I remember rightly, you and I don't see eye to eye on everything, but I think we've always treated each other with respect. I do agree with what you say about the personal attacks that don't stop, you are so right.
Some are just laughable because they are so ridiculous, but some are really wrong, nasty, belittling and just plain mean. And relentless. About me and others. One day I counted 30 nasty posts about me... all on a day I hadn't even posted on anything except Corrie!
I don't call that grown up. I call that playground bullying.
