Kitty’s checking the catnip’s still ok after I dead headed it. The round pot is cat grass but it’s not grown high enough to be visible yet.

Oh Kitty! She's such an elegant cat except when she's face down in a pot of cat nip or exposing herself on the balcony. Is the big city London life leading her into bad lifestyle decisions? Linney and Lexter seem to be demonstrating that Welsh and Scottish cats have a more wholesome lifestyle, but Gizmo seems to have brought his bad cat TC vibes up to Scotland.

SIL came round with rather alarming nephew and Kettle went out in the pouring rain. I can see him under a bush but he won't come in even if I rattle some biscuits at him, although SIL and nephew are long gone. It really is an absolute downpour - though he's chosen a nice dense bush I fear he must be very soggy by now . I hope he doesn't catch his death!

I'm going to London to see my older children, DD1 and DS1.

I'm staying with DS1 and we're going to Mozart's Requiem at Cadogan Hall.

It's literally years since I went to a concert.
