I always buy pants 3 sizes too big, the bliss. They seem to fit uncannily well. 😤

I’m with you on Asda Allergic - I like a nice baggy cotton knicker that could double as a useful sheet, flag or bag in case of disaster. Sainsbury’s also do appropriate cotton shorts at 50p a pair.

The whole point is they’re much nicer when the elastic goes a bit and everything is nice and soft.

HouseofHolbein · 21/08/2022 08:33

I like primark seam free knickers. Absolutely massive very soft. Bought them for running knickers and now have enough for every day.

Friends buy proper running knickers. One pair costs approximately £15 😱 I can get probably 9 pairs of mine for that! They last well too.

For those who like The Kiss. But a more accurate version I think 😁

@PeloAddict
Any of your neighbours have a pond?
Ours have occasionally been known to end up in the back water resulting in very similar symptoms. ..

They've got a pool Hmm but it has a ladder up to it and a cover
Might be the water feature

Obvious the clean fresh water he has at home isn't enough...

Supersimkin2 · 21/08/2022 14:38

He’s been swimming.

You’d have thought Klimt would have remembered to paint the cat in, wouldn’t you. Best pic ever tho.

PeloAddict · 21/08/2022 16:55

The neighbours have confirmed he was paddling in the water feature "we put it on the floor so he could reach it" and also grassed him up for sleeping on the trampoline yesterday Grin

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 21/08/2022 17:01

I knew it. I would have thought that the small pair of swimming trunks dumped wet on your bathroom floor would have been a giveaway.

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/08/2022 17:09

He’s got the neighbours trained then? Do they still use the trampoline or are they keeping it on incase he wants a sleep on it.

Supersimkin2 · 21/08/2022 17:42

Ollie 😆

She recently went on a trip away to see big cats so she's pretty well trained. And bought a new water feature straight away when the other broke "tell Ollie it will be here soon"

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/08/2022 22:05

Puddy just caught and ate a spider. She’s collapsed on the floor now in exhaustion. Batted it with her paws and everything.

So, I think the apocalypse is definitely on its way.

Toddlerteaplease · 21/08/2022 22:17

@YesItsMeIDontCare nor do Tesco sell Lik e lix and cat soup!

YesItsMeIDontCare · 21/08/2022 22:38

Ooh - I got Salmon Lick-e-Lix in today's delivery! I bulk buy Liver and Cheese & Taurine from Amazon though 'cause Tesco's definitely don't sell those.

Leroy won't actually eat Soup. Licks the gravy or jelly off everything and acts like his bowl's empty, but give a full bowl of it and ohhhhhh no... uh-uh... poison.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 21/08/2022 22:42

we couldn't get Crave biscuits anywhere ( they do a chicken or a fish , our cats like fish)

We ordered a 7kg bag ..........and DH found the regulat bags in Asda .

Cats are happy though

LostCats · 22/08/2022 05:26

We don’t do the soup anymore after Boone threw it up behind the radiator in our bedroom in winter and we had to abandon the room for days.

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/08/2022 13:34

Yes that would put me off too!

That really is 'top catting'. Minimum effort but maximum impact.
You should be proud 🤣.

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/08/2022 16:23

Puddys rubbish at catting, she threw up on the duvet cover but it’s white and easily bleached, I’ve got a duvet protecter so nothing gets through and it got it on the floor but it’s hard flooring in her room so it just wiped off.

Ive failed that cat, if I’d had her from a kitten it would be so different. I know I could’ve turned her into a delinquent like Asbo was reputed to be. You need to get them young.

YesItsMeIDontCare · 23/08/2022 14:28

Leroy jumped out of the bedroom window that DS forgot to close when we came back from our lunchtime perambulation.

Leroy is fine, my heart rate is not 😱

Fluffycloudland77 · 23/08/2022 15:02

How did you tempt him back?

YetAnotherSpartacus · 23/08/2022 15:14

Food of some sort …

YesItsMeIDontCare · 23/08/2022 15:29

Spartacus has it... so much for the bloody diet 🤦🏼‍♀️

He was rolling around on the patio with his face in the catnip and all four paws waving merrily in the air. He was not in the right position to be picked up and he wasn't going to be either 🙄

I did let him have 15 minutes first though 😁
