I feel your pain as the owner of a semi-longhaired cat. At least it's not slugs. The best detangler I use to get out seeds is Lidl's detangling hairbrush, a knock-off version of a Tangle Teaser.

Ollie loves being covered in seeds he is "oh NO human, you will have to pick them off me" and purrs the whole time"

Lenny was fine having seeds combed out this morning but Karl (pictured) is not at all happy. So he's still VERY lumpy

Leroy is an absolute pain in the arse for getting seeds out of his tummy fur. Everywhere else he's fine, but not the fluffytum. Which is where he gets most of them.

I'm collecting some impressive scars during the daily process though 🤦🏼‍♀️

@cricketmum84 I used the glove again tonight and she was much more accepting of it. I get a ping-pong ball sized amount out each night.

I've got the Superdrug version. It's perfect as the bristles are stiffer than a tangle teaser.

Ollie is very supportive when I work (he was telling me it was tea time)

Morticia just clawed at Francesca’s face. Frank pulled back and ended up with Morticia s claw stuck between her bottom teeth 🤢 lots of howling and misery from everyone.

After I sorted Frank out I’ve had a cuddle with Morticia and I’ve phoned the vet for advice. Waiting for a call back. I really need a shower. If I have one they’ll phone as soon as I step in won’t they 😭😭

Oh dear. I imagine there was much consternation all round there!

Vets phoned back. Unless there is loads of bleeding or she can’t weight bear then they don’t need to see her. I’ll just keep an eye on her. Bloody stressful!

Plus another daughter had the vapours over it all so she was lying in a dark room and no one had cleaned the litter tray so there was crap on the floor.

It was a stressful morning. I’d been in work 5-9am too 😂😂

They must have heard you, they’re multiplying…. Making friends with the neighbours already!

@LikeAnOldFriend I’ve had a little nap to recover with Wednesday keeping me company. Feel less stressed now.
