It's ok, it's been a while now since we lost him. I still miss him like crazy but my girls are cheering me up.

I swear he is still around though, I often catch a tabby and white out of the corner of my eye or spot paw indents on the chair where he used to sit even though the girls have been nowhere near.

He was a beautiful, loving, amazing cat ❤️

Mine are sisters with identical markings @KarlMaldensNose. One short haired two fluffy. One of the fluffy ones is more grey but it’s quite hard to tell them apart sometimes.

My buddy is I think at least 12 now…not sure as he’s rescued, he’s still a very fit cat but if I think. Of life without him I can’t really Cope with that thought.

When I saw Oldraver's post earlier I had exactly the same thought . Bloody cats eh?

I assumed it was a dead mouse and that Dexter was thanking Oldraver for the use of the bed the other day. A bit like sending your hosts some flowers after they invited you to dinner.

Yep a dead mouse. I didn't actually see the mouse as I was sent a picture of it and thought it a rat, till OH said it was small

He didn't go home till quite late yesterday and I think he had free reign with a cat flap at his house. I think he'd also been stalking a mouse that was under a slab in our front garden

And I would of preferred flowers as a thank you for our hospitality

A wee hello from our two new family members, Rosie & Theo they have been with us just over a week and we are all absolutely in love with them. I can’t believe how well they’ve settled and they’re just lovely wee souls. Also our super handsome NMC being greeted by little teeny Theo in the last photo

Exactly my thoughts! I love black cats. Yes! They actually look very different although it doesn’t look like that in some photos. Rosie is bigger and has a wee flash of white on her chest and Theo is much lighter and actually very tabby in some lights.

Rosie and Theo are gorgeous. Love the Adams family cats too.

Have found out that Tom is the NMC of the neighbourhood. He has been visiting two houses that I know of every day. One house was going to try put a collar on him (how I laughed) and the other house had bought him cat food.

I’m winning the war on bowl diving here. Dh isn’t because he comes up with the goods. I’m going to buy dark coloured dishes for her so she knows only dark coloured crockery is for her.
