Ollie will bring dairy products for snacks

I wouldn't trust Ollie with the dairy snacks, they'd all be gone before we even started out! Grin

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/08/2021 14:51

The Pudster is learning tricks. You get extra dreamies this way.

Grin she’s way talented. So clever and good.

YesItsMeIDontCare · 21/08/2021 15:15

Oh my life look at that Pudster! She's a gorgeous li'l girl 🥰

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/08/2021 15:52

I put a calming spot on treatment on her and much more relaxed around us. She’s still scared of the ceiling fan in our room and cowers when she can see it.

Dh thinks she’s been smacked, she’s also scared of pump sprays and if you have anything in your hand she runs off. Maybe squirted with water when she didn’t get on with the other cat?.

Supersimkin2 · 21/08/2021 17:34

Early days yet and very good news with the spot on. Capn was nervy, it’s normal. Now he’s most chilled. Mind you, the other day I opened a big bottle of Diet Coke and he fled at speed of light - he found the hiss most impertinent.

Fluffycloudland77 · 21/08/2021 17:41

It’s the affronted look they give you after that cracks me up. Schweppes tonic works too. Obviously vodka is needed too.

She won’t like next week, we’re doing the floor in her lair and will be taking away the safe space so I’m going to make her a blanket fort in the kitchen.

Toddlerteaplease · 21/08/2021 17:52
@Papergirl1968 yes that’s me 😊

Apparently alpacas don’t like being alone so we’d need several each. But super cute and can recommend walking them as an activity 💕
I love alpaca walking. Done it a few times'

Justonedayatatime11 · 21/08/2021 19:31

Thanks to this, I've just booked to go alpaca trekking next weekend Grin

NotMyCat · 21/08/2021 20:21

Ollie is horrified anyone thinks he would eat all the dairy snacks Grin

He'd have to fight off Auntie Lana. Or Auntie LLama.

My eardrum's burst! Stings a bit but nothing the pharmacist and M&S wine fridge can't cure. Last night I gave up on the GP after several attempts and went off for alcohol and aspirin - got a nice bag of frozen peas as well as a compress, beat that NHS.

Capn''s refused the Pill in a tub of posh onion gravy, which is really pushing it. He's after Wiltshire hand-sliced ham. Again.

NotMyCat · 21/08/2021 21:54

Did think of you @Supersimkin2 when I got this from Greggs for £2.59. There was also a chicken bake but it was still warm so well.. rude not to Grin

Be still my beating heart! Is that a tuna baguette!!

Supersimkin2 · 21/08/2021 22:00

I love Chicken bakes. I got one once from a gentleman, ranks as most romantic love token ever. Bitterly jealous of your dinner 😁

NotMyCat · 21/08/2021 22:04

A tuna crunch baguette. Ollie most disappointed it has onions in it Grin
Supersimkin2 · 21/08/2021 22:41

I pay £2.90 for that alone as a treat. Bargain.

The chicken and bacon mayo baguette is the other one worth grabbing, says Capn.

NotMyCat · 22/08/2021 00:52

Any tips on cat ears? Ollie is shaking his head and scratching one ear, but only after I stroke it Confused
I have some otodex ear drops which I attempted to apply, and I think some went in Grin
He's perfectly happy until I rub around that ear and the other one is fine
Please don't say vet, my bank balance is crying

Supersimkin2 · 22/08/2021 07:12

You might have rubbed a fur up the wrong way for that particular day. Give it 48 hours to see if he carries on. Meantime, can you tell if he’s got earwax? The inside of the ear (the squiggly pink bit at the bottom) should be pink, anything else is wax. A lot of wax might be annoying him.

I have unused cat ear drops so no vet £ needed cos I can post but you will need to redecorate.

NotMyCat · 22/08/2021 11:09

I will prod him when he comes back in, strangely he's reluctant to let me back near his ear since I shoved drops in it Grin

Justonedayatatime11 · 22/08/2021 13:48

Charlie is making it pretty obvious he doesn't want to be in 'his' room anymore. He's only in there overnight. He seems to prefer the kitchen. Do I try it and hope nothing awful happens?

NotMyCat · 22/08/2021 14:04

Does the kitchen have curtains? Grin or you know, anything breakable...

YetAnotherSpartacus · 22/08/2021 14:24

I don't know how you can resist sharing your bed with the gorgeous boy, Just! :)

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/08/2021 14:28

What’s the worst that can happen?.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 22/08/2021 14:39

Is that the voice of experience talking, Fluffy?
