Hope the ear infection clears up soon. Wally was on my friends boat today. He was hoping on and off all day. Thankfully didn't sink but there is some damage and engine issues.

Great that Charlie is eating a bit.

Face got his first vaccinations yesterday. Lice and cat flu gone and the vet very happy with him.

Tom is still looking for one petting session a day. Hadn't killed Dave as yet. Dave wants to play and Tom is like feck off.

Found ollie drinking from the neighbours pool mat this morning he barely drinks from his bowl now, it's so strange!

Well it's been a year since I dragged Nemo out of a bush as an abandoned kitten. He's been the best cat ever, sociable, loves his humans, and gets on really well with the other cats. Here he is with his best mate Hobbes.

Two minutes later the heartwarming scene has turned into a scuffle because, "You're not my Mum! I don't need washing because I'm a big cat now. Get off me!".

And Nemo has grown into a beautiful big boy! Seems only yesterday we were hearing about this tiny kitten.

I’ve started using an old shower squeegee to get the fur off the furniture. It balls it up so you can Hoover it up quickly.

I took an alpaca for a walk today. Was very tempted to bring one home. Reckon they have the intelligence of my cats - thick as pigshit 😂😂 so they would get on well! Didn’t think I’d get one in the car tho.

Can I ask you guys how many Dreamies you serve on an average day? I’ve shaken the packet twice so far today, both times to get Socks in, so I felt obliged to dole a few out. And now she’s realised I keep some in my bedside table she has a few at bedtime too.

@swampytiggaa I love Alpacas but yes there's not much going on in between their ears

@Fluffycloudland77 a runner glove works well in hair on furniture or the stairs. We have one of those grooming gloves and I keep meaning to try that

@Papergirl1968 - Who's point of view? I say too many, Leroy says not enough! About twice as many as recommended probably, based on the same maths system a smoker uses when a doctor asks how many they smoke a day 😂

Lovely to see photo of Nemo and Hobbes. Nemo was a fantastic find! Good that Maple is going to stay with you Just. Sorry about the ear infection, Supersimkin2. They can be nasty - especially if your balance is affected. I am sure Cap'n will be perfect restorative.

I call them Dreamies but they are Aldi’s own version, a bargain at 55p. And worth their weight in gold when they help get naughty cats in!

I'll have an Alpaca too if you're offering delivery Swampy!

@Papergirl1968 - Leroy has Dreamies at the moment, but treats are collectively known as "Oomies" in this house. Comes from umami, the savoury (meaty or cheesy I think) taste that isn't sweet, sour or salt. The cat version of "sweeties".

Apparently alpacas don’t like being alone so we’d need several each. But super cute and can recommend walking them as an activity 💕
