Is anyone else’s cat as neglected as mine?

That is, so deprived and uncared for that she has to eat breadcrumbs put out for the birds off the grass outside?

(Disclaimer - she is not at all neglected. She was fed this morning and she’s had her advent calendar and treats since then)

My cat is so deprived she has to go outside and drink rainwater from a dirty play pot ..... if only she had access to clean water inside 🙄

Do you think they want our neighbours to pity them and take them in for a good feed?

Mine too @Shylo. Funny buggers aren't they? Just been frantically looking for one (they come in when it's dark). Shaking his sweetie box, chutching, in the rain. He was asleep in my bloody wardrobe with the door shut.

My cat drinks water from the toilet and has to visit the neighbours for food because sometimes SEVERAL MINUTES go by without him being fed 😿

Could some of you neglectful owners post photos of your deprived ones? We need to see they are ok

This morning my 2 had to watch out the window that next doors cat was getting the delight of drinking a rainwater filled box. Poor things had just come back in from being outside for 3 hours too where we were ready with fresh food and water.

Love the idea of a vta advent calendar! My cat must also drink rainwater, preferably stagnet from empty pots outside.

We had a male cat so neglected he had to go to the pub on bbq nights to be fed sausages 😿. How he pulled off neglected puddy tat at 14lbs though.

This one had to sleep in the just used washing up bowl, in the sink. Because a bad slave apparently.

The food on offer was the wrong flavour. Horrendous.

DH, aka male slave, bought the wrong food - jelly, not gravy. She literally turned her nose up, then went scrounging next door.

One of my boys had to eat the peelings and seeds from a pepper one day last week. He also eats breadcrumbs for the birds. He is so neglected 😿

Awww poor babies. One of mine has just sat staring at a piece of rogue tinsel which had fallen from the tree to precisely where he wanted to sit on the sofa. He sat and stared. I was watching this out of the corner of my eye. Eventually he threw his head back and howled. They like to visit the neighbours in a pair as we think they've worked out that they look even cuter when they come as a neglected pair.

Ps) the tinsel fella has taken to rolling over when he wants food. We're convinced he goes into a neighbour who has a dog and has seen the dog doing this. It is absolutely bloody hilarious and we may sometimes wait til he does it for food 🙈

My poor kitty only has two beds and a sofa but is forced to sit on my lap, and to sleep in my bed at night.

Mine has taken to sleeping in the corner on the wooden floor despite all sofas and beds, including the dogs bed, being at his disposal. Because no one loves him, obviously
