Is anyone else’s cat as neglected as mine?

That is, so deprived and uncared for that she has to eat breadcrumbs put out for the birds off the grass outside?

(Disclaimer - she is not at all neglected. She was fed this morning and she’s had her advent calendar and treats since then)

One of mine(very well fed fat and spoilt) goes and sits on the neighbours windowsill and bangs on the window - the neighbour doesn't have a cat but he buys dreamies to feed FatBoyThief as he is so enchanted by him.

He (neighbour) even came and asked which flavour the cat preferred!

We live in a flat, our cat can just squeeze and go through nextdoors balcony, she then steals their dogs food.

Kitty who lives here is so neglected, deprived and abandoned that he actually has 2 homes & families who look after him and he chooses depending on the quality of food, treats & biscuits on offer.

As he is clearly so uncared about, the WhatsApp group of human slaves keep track of where he is at night, monitor flea/wormers and Vet check ups.

It is so bad for him, that despite having 2 monogrammed water bowls- just in our house- has to lick condensation from the bathroom window.

Dreamie Man is also very mean and limits daily number of treats, and the nasty gits once got the Sainsbury's own brand ones- which are not acceptable!

I love seeing all your fur babies. God, cats are arseholes but amazing arse holes!!! These are my big boys.

DCat is forced to live under a drinks trolley. She doesn't have a bed, cat tree, hammock or anything soft or warm to live in

Poor Basil has nowhere to sit, apart from on boxes of catfood on the kitchen table...

My cat came home a couple of hours after this photo was taken with a note attached to his birthday bow tie asking me not to put outfits on other peoples cats. It turns out a woman had ‘owned’ him for the last 2 years after she found him as a neglected stray. He’s not neglected, he’s just an idiot who likes to sleep under lorries and get covered in oil. She reluctantly accepted I was the owner after we went to the vet together to have him scanned for a chip. He still goes round there for food though, cheeky bastard.

Our cat reminds us every morning and several times during each day that he is STARVING to tragic death. Usually while there is food in his bowl 🙄 DS makes the excellent point that "he's already GOT that food, he just wants feels entitled to more"

My poor neglected cat wouldn’t move off the wrapping paper last night so I wrapped him up, he lay like that for about 15 minutes until I unwrapped him, it was obviously as he was far too weak to move as despite shouting at me every time I was in the vicinity of the kitchen he hadn’t had enough Dreamies that day.

He has also decided that this week he doesn’t like the wet pouches he liked last week, but i still must feed them to him so he can take two licks and walk away disgusted.

He’s also disgusted I put presents under the Christmas tree so he can’t climb up inside it anymore. It’s utter neglect.

DH sent me a photo of the two boys on my bed today, I think they were looking for me and were disgusted I had gone to work and thus was not available for snuggles.

Snorg is so neglected That none of her 5 beds were comfortable enough for her, so she had to steal my entire pillow off me.

Mine are apopleptic with feline rage because there is no Sea Meat for dinner tonight and their mother cannot switch off the wet skywater so their fur gets soggy and its undignified to get dried with a towel.

Foster cat has now found out that DD has brought a hamster home from university, and also that she’s not allowed to stare into the cage. Which is very unfair indeed.
