Is anyone else’s cat as neglected as mine?

That is, so deprived and uncared for that she has to eat breadcrumbs put out for the birds off the grass outside?

(Disclaimer - she is not at all neglected. She was fed this morning and she’s had her advent calendar and treats since then)

@Backbee Get one if you can, they make you happy 100 times a day.

No one is at work/school today so she has to share her space with three humans. I sat on the sofa, she glared at me and put her ears back, I am now sitting on the floor where I belong.

Here is my other deprived cat, so neglected she got a new cat tree for Christmas

My cat is so deprived as he could only have one window of his Advent calendar, so he staged a roof top protest

Then he realised it was cold and rainy and wanted back in

Poor Woody is so deprived of love and affection he had to lie on my chest face for two hours this morning in bed. I was dying for a wee/coffee/shower but no, I had to wait until 9.30am until he decided to move

Foster cat now huddled on the bathroom floor thinking about the hamster, the sellotape and the Roses wrappers that she’s not allowed to eat, looking sad...or possible cooked, it’s a heated floor and the tiles under her are roasting hot.

My parents were at mine house when I got home from work yesterday. Snorg is sad because my mum told me that Snorg likes ham. I was delighted she'd had the confidence to approach another person and demand food.
Turns out my mum didn't actually give her any! As "you have to be careful with other people's pets"
Poor snorg. Even I felt sad for her!

I unfortunately can't have a cat....(.overrun with coyotes)
I have been overjoyed with this thread.....I don't know which part I've enjoyed more...the hilarious photos of the royal cats or the hysterical comments posted by the cat slaves....you lot are very entertaining!

I've resorted to these simulated cat pillows....some how they just don't fill the bill for the REAL cats...no biting, scratching, nasty looks, nor incessant cries of hunger...they just boringly sit right where I put them

Here's one of my poor neglected cats who has been FORCED, I tell you FORCED to sleep in an old cat carrier that I left out (after I had used it to rescue a pigeon in it, but that's a story for another day!)

This is the same poor neglected cat for whom I have had to buy a mahoosive DOG CARRIER to take her to the vet (I can scoop her up & lower her into it, it's ace) as she would run away and hide under the sofa if she saw the cat carrier appear.

My poor, starving emaciated boys have resorted to scavenging for scraps from my kindly Greek neighbour. When I say scraps I actually mean leftover chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces and served to them on a platter

We don't deserve to have a cat. We neither turn off the rain outside, nor bring the birds into the kitchen for her to stalk inside. Look what she's reduced to.

My poor neglected babies have to share the same toddler sized chair as none of the cat beds, nor the sofa or cushions meet their exacting standards. Tbh I pity Henry ( the ginger one).

Mine is so deprived she licks the condensation off the window 😂

Mine snuck in to my neighbours house once and sat silently behind her. She said she nearly keeled over when she turned round. Gave him a treat and said he was a good boy and he trotted off happily

Some of these cats look like they'll be raiding the knife drawer but Chemenger your Soon-To-Be-Failed-Foster has a pair of scissors tucked under her chest .
I have the same scissors , they are small and sharp and I will be hiding them from the 70 cats .

Ivy and Betsy have to squeeze into one tiny bed...
