Yet fingers crossed, it would appear he has. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks

YetAnotherSpartacus · 17/07/2020 12:13

Can't wait for pictures!

Of course, if the first breeder also comes across you could have three ... :)

Justonedayatatime11 · 17/07/2020 16:03

Fuck. You talked that up Yet! Now what am I going to do?!

Supersimkin2 · 17/07/2020 16:19

Spart you bless us all with that clip.

That poor Man of God must be run ragged with petcare. We ought to let him join the thread.

QueenCT · 17/07/2020 16:31

Had my thyroid bloods redone, managed to get my T4 up to 15 but TSH is stubbornly sitting at 7 Angry so more levo...

QueenCT · 17/07/2020 18:56

And just for @Supersimkin2 this is what £3 gets you in a chip shop here. Battered sausage, chips, curry sauce and scraps Grin

Is that gravy on those chips? Proper chip shop gravy?

QueenCT · 17/07/2020 19:15

@YesItsMeIDontCare curry sauce Blush I usually have gravy but they do the best curry sauce (Chinese curry, chip shop or Irish)

OP posts:
YesItsMeIDontCare · 17/07/2020 19:21

Either is bloody delicious 😋.

Personally I go for gravy with sausage and curry sauce with fish.

And now I'm hungry.

Defiantly41 · 17/07/2020 19:33

Portion of chips (large) is £3 in the chippy here!

QueenCT · 17/07/2020 19:38

@Defiantly41 ShockShock you can get fish chips and peas for £3.70 here!

OP posts:
Papergirl1968 · 17/07/2020 21:44

I think a mini fish and chips is about £3.50-£4 here (West Midlands). Regular fish and chips about £6.50-£7.
We don’t have scraps. Scraps are battered bits of...what? Or just batter?
Love the way the Cathedral Cat dips his paw into the milk and licks it. Clever to figure out how to get it when the opening is too small to stick his head in.

QueenCT · 17/07/2020 21:46

Scraps of just batter Smile Ollie had the inside of a chip and spent far too much time licking his lips

YesItsMeIDontCare · 17/07/2020 22:17

My local chippy has got used to "small fish and chips please, but can you wrap the fish separately with no salt or vinegar". If DH has a kebab they do Leroy a little bit of kebab meat separately too.

Spoilt 😁

Allergictoironing · 17/07/2020 23:04

So the other day it was a large house spider, today's visitor was a mahoosive moth; I measured the remains and it was a good inch & a half long, with spread wings of over 2 inches. Chocolate brown, with a fat furry body. It had somehow squeezed it's way through the 1 inch netting across the back doors.

You can imagine the fun & games the cats had, first bringing it down to ground level then chasing this fluttering thing round the room.Time now for corpse removal - they never seem to eat their prey, just play with it until it's thoroughly deceased.

Supersimkin2 · 18/07/2020 09:24

Oh @QueenCT I CAN'T BEAR THE TORMENT Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

M&S shut down as fridge broke yest!! That looks DELICIOUS,

I AM SO HANGRY Grin Grin

Sorry for shouting, I've been on rice cakes for 24 hours Grin

Supersimkin2 · 18/07/2020 09:35

@QueenCT - I have sightly recovered from the outburst ie have googled the opening hours of our artisanal chippy. Take more levo, it's the safest drug on the planet and it makes you feel normal.

Also... vitamin D please, young lady, and vitamin B, all of them. You don't want anything to make you feel more tired, so keep the levels of this lot nice and bouncy.

7 and 15 are not that bad, but you still will be a touch knackered and gloomy.

QueenCT · 18/07/2020 09:38

I am taking the levo, on 50 now. I did point out 25 was probably a homeopathic dose for someone of 5ft 10
And yes, vitamins daily! Have a subscription thing so they just turn up in the post and I try to remember to take them

In other news it is POURING down so paws has come for breakfast. No posh chippy here but they do everything from battered pineapple to sausage breakfast barms

OP posts:
Supersimkin2 · 18/07/2020 10:05

You're right, posh chippy is a contradiction in terms - I yearn for the days of the battered Mars Bar, no luck here in Bijou Clapham.

They start you on the looooowest dose for levo - always too low but them's the NICE guidelines.

I take vits at night when Capn has Dreamies - no chance of forgetting that Grin

Little Paws come home for brekker! Dyou think it was the walk of shame? Grin

QueenCT · 18/07/2020 10:17

They're both trouble Grin paws has catnip, Ollie disapproves

Ollie actually looks like one of those twee brushes that you sometimes find outside of old thatched cottages and suchlike to clean your boots on.

Papergirl1968 · 18/07/2020 12:12

Sausage breakfast barms you say, Queen?
Hmm, I may have to look into moving up near you Smile

QueenCT · 18/07/2020 12:26

@Papergirl1968 AND egg in them. Plus a brew. £2.50
Ollie wants to know when I'm going again so he can have more carbs

OP posts:
Supersimkin2 · 18/07/2020 12:48

Today, surely.

Lovely lovely pix.

Papergirl1968 · 18/07/2020 13:25

I’d be at that chip shop all the time. Haven’t had a chippie tea since before lockdown. Sad Must remedy that ASAP!
