That is the picture of catty resignation. He's really making sure you know that he doesn't approve. I wouldn't trying turning it off though...Grin

Capn's watching me put my bra on with an headtilt of fascinated ewww.

I've tried Capn on:

  1. Cool mat, as chilled overnight. No need to ask how it went down as cost £20. Using it myself as a pillow insert, very nice too.
  2. Mini-fridge left open. He's too fat to fit in, even tail flops out.
  3. Arbour of tumbling fragrant flowers, tiles washed and freshly dried. Can lie in shade of scented blooms as chilled drink is brought to table watching world go by. Accepted.

Better start sweeping and washing balcony like an Italian widow. Again.

Paws seems to have gone AWOL Sad
I haven't seen him since Wednesday

OP posts:
Fluffycloudland77 · 15/08/2020 17:47

That’s unusual. Do you know where he officially lives?.

Papergirl1968 · 15/08/2020 17:55

Maybe his family have gone away and left him in or put him in a cattery?
Worrying though.

QueenCT · 15/08/2020 18:09

Supersimkin2 · 15/08/2020 20:10

He looks rather well. He is hugging you with his eyes.

Papergirl1968 · 15/08/2020 20:41

What a relief! He is looking very well Smile

Fluffycloudland77 · 15/08/2020 22:10

Too well. How many people has he got feeding him I wonder.

QueenCT · 15/08/2020 22:17

Better body pic. He says the other makes him look chunky GrinWink

Someone's been on Eat Out to Help Out.

Papergirl1968 · 15/08/2020 23:04

Definitely looks slimmer there. He is scoffing Ollie's Dreamies though so not slim for long!

Supersimkin2 · 15/08/2020 23:06

He's not fat at all. I hope he has got at least a reserve restaurant @QueenCT. Takes the pressure off you - now you've transformed him into Mr Handsome, every home in the Midlands will have a sitting ready for Sir.

QueenCT · 15/08/2020 23:16

He came in the window and headed straight for the food
Me "PAWS!! Paws! Come here for a hug"
Paws "hangry. Food"
Ollie (as he whacked him on the bum) "don't be RUDE to mama. An where you been?"

OP posts:
Papergirl1968 · 16/08/2020 12:45

I'd happily provide brunch if he really was in the Midlands but I thought Queen, Ollie and Paws resided Oop North? Grin

QueenCT · 16/08/2020 22:03

Paws has just jumped up on the windowsill, facing the right way for once. Then toppled off with a miaow and crashed onto the bench

Ollie is HmmHmmHmm

Allergictoironing · 17/08/2020 08:32

Can beat that. Boycat was playing with his favorite toy, a large mouse shape bound with hairy purple string and with a string tail. He tends to pin it down, and lick the tail to "un-pick" the string so it becomes a fan of single strands.

But on Saturday, he managed somehow to get his claw stuck in the string on the body of the mouse. Cue him walking about very uncertainly on 3 paws and a mouse! Took me ages to tempt him over to untangle his claw, and I'd only trimmed them a few weeks ago (sigh)

Maybe Paws had a point to begin with?

QueenCT · 17/08/2020 17:31

A horse just went past the window. Apparently Ollie has never seen one before GrinGrinGrin
His eyes are on stalks and he's hiding behind the blind

Asbos first cattery had stables on the same plot, the cats were all very interested in them.

They must look so big to a cat.
