Onwards and upwards for the denizens of the Litter Tray. Best of luck to all job-hunting, cat-mourning, Paws-swiping posters. I can't do a proper link to the old thread.

New boy cat arrives on Friday, a one-year old tabby boy currently under the moniker of "Bobby". I don't have a proper picture yet.

Leroy took delivery of a tub chair. In an enormous cardboard box, so he shares the joy with the swampykitters.

Sending love to MammyPotter.

Leroy's kitty brain will explore as he tried to work out how to colonise the box and the chair at the same time...

Goodness me, he's huge! He's going to grow into a fine figure of a cat! Those ears and golden eyes are fantastic.

Healthy eater :)

still denied pet contact. Dreamies packet kicked to buggery in night.

ClientListQueen · 05/12/2019 11:59

I had a mortgage appointment at my house today
Ollie used the litter tray before he arrived Angry and as he was relaxing on the chair, Paws barrelled through the window
"Yes that's my cat, no not that one..."

Supersimkin2 · 05/12/2019 11:59

Paws is after the deeds, love.

Papergirl1968 · 05/12/2019 18:31

Matt has just come within a whisker of getting run over. He was mooching about on the drive of a house more or less opposite ours and as I opened the front door I saw him start to cross the road with a car coming. Thank goodness it stopped and he turned round and went back. I never call him when there’s a car coming but he must have heard me open the door.
They only live round the corner. I’ll go and thank them tomorrow.
Stupid I know because nothing happened but I feel really shaken!

PotterHead1985 · 05/12/2019 19:33

@Papergirl1968 my Jade is the same. My heart half the time. I'm forever waiving apologies and thanks to drivers. Especially since someone DID run over Sammy.

Cola says hi folks. She didn't like being shut in for so long yesterday poor pet. Can't blame her.

Don't think pic will load Sad

Must remember to get the advent calendar on sun. At least the cats can have Christmas even if we don't.

Justonedayatatime11 · 05/12/2019 19:35

We're playing groups today. Minus 1 x Savannah

PotterHead1985 · 05/12/2019 19:58

Don't think MammyPotter be home this weekend. Hope Cola doesn't forget her.

Supersimkin2 · 05/12/2019 20:09

Cola will sulk and ignore her. That is the punishment for unapproved absence.

NO harm done eh Paper. As you say so wisely yourself, they are sent to worry us.

coastergirl · 05/12/2019 20:16

@Papergirl1968 Walter did this to me the other night. He was hit by a car last year and only just survived. Broke his pelvis in several places and was in a bad way. I kept him in for ages and then he only went out the back. The other night I opened the front door to take out a nappy (that the other half had promised to do and then buggered off without doing) and Walt bolted out and straight across the very road he was hit on. I was terrified and remained so until he strolled in the back door half an hour later.

Some beautiful cat photos on here. Hope you're all well. I also have an ailing mum. My mum broke her hip at the weekend and is still in hospital after surgery. Very cruel as she's had an awful couple of years and lost her mum a few weeks ago. Now this.

Little K is looking so chunky!

Supersimkin2 · 05/12/2019 20:22

K is a lovely fluffy bundle of cute. Easy on the RTA talk ladies, some of us are grieving.

PotterHead1985 · 05/12/2019 20:26

@coastergirl ((((hugs))))

coastergirl · 05/12/2019 20:26

Oh crap, I'm sorry 🙈

coastergirl · 05/12/2019 20:27

Thank you @PotterHead1985

Papergirl1968 · 05/12/2019 20:51

Sorry, Lana, I know it’s still early days for you and Fluffy.
Feeling for everyone on this thread who is having a hard time with elderly parents at the moment X

coastergirl · 05/12/2019 21:44

I lost my Helix about a month before Walty was hit. It was devastating, especially as I only had to move to this busier road after ex husband insisted on selling our house. It really is just awful. I'm really sorry for bringing that back up.

YesItsMeIDontCare · 05/12/2019 23:34

@YetAnotherSpartacus - Leroy's kitty brain has worked out exactly when I'm going to sit in my new chair and he moves with ninja like stealth from the cave box to said chair. Without fail. Within the blink of an eye.

How.Does.He.Know????????

SpamChaudFroid · 06/12/2019 11:22

That's a gorgeous kitten you have there L Smile

I hope you don't mind me nosying in, it's just that this thread keeps showing up in Active. I've also realised from the thread that your darling MrC is no longer with you, and I wish I could do more than say how sorry I am x

Little M and MCat say hello too Smile

Now tell me more about that beautiful and chunky kitten!

ClientListQueen · 06/12/2019 16:42

Ollie just trotted up to me and shoved his face in mine "sore eye mama. Fix it" HmmConfused
It's v red and weeping a bit, I think he's scratched it because it was absolutely fine this morning. Given it a wash with some chamomile tea which didn't go down well
