New boy cat arrives on Friday, a one-year old tabby boy currently under the moniker of "Bobby". I don't have a proper picture yet.

My guess; Bertie heard Paper's DD's language...that is a magnificent bottlebrush of outrage.

@Papergirl1968 OUCH - ouch, that must have stung. Don't let them back in for a while, no one can really put up with that. Mind you, no Xmas passes without a row. Do exactly what you need to try and get some winddown for 48 hours at least.

We've been on Tinkly Feather since 530. I caved in when the Toe Game got a bit fangy.

I couldn't sleep last night. Assisted by someone OLLIE who wailed ALL night. I'm not impressed

Socks and Matt had SIX stockings for Xmas, plus two tins of treats and assorted toys. Here is only part of the haul. I’ve just bought another two Dreamies stockings from Tesco Express as they’re reduced to 75p so a bargain for five packs even if they’re not full size.

Lucky kitties! Right, I'm off to Tesco, didn't notice - not like me to miss a reduction :)

They had a pile of loo rolls haphazardly stacked next to them in ours. Guess who managed to demolish it and send them in every direction?

It's compulsory. I once cut my finger in the Tesco cig queue and it turned into an arterial jet that hosed down the foyer. Four assistants, enough said. Cringeathon.

Quite the opposite of mine - "Mama is HOME, we can demand cuddles at any time".

So far had one long session on the bed with Boycat, a few minutes stroking both on the bed, and trapped on the sofa for ages with Girlcat lying on my arm (arm went dead after about 90 mins!). About to go have a (very late) shower, so Boycat will be waiting for me on the bed when I get out as always.

Yes he likes me being home when he wants me home
Currently he's jumping in and out the window wailing at how unfair his life is and where is paws because he wants to play beat him up

I don’t have tonsillitis but I do have a furry scarf in the shape of Socks wrapped round my neck which makes it difficult to do anything!
