I wonder if a pro biotic paste would help?.

YesQueen · 10/09/2019 23:35

Ollie is identifying as a circle tonight

It’s hard to see where Ollie’s circle begins and ends.
First time ever I’ve bern referred to in the same sentence as the cool kids, Weezol!

Papergirl1968 · 11/09/2019 08:24

Hope I don’t up with two big cats, Fluffy, as they’re eating me out of house and home now.
Matt was a very chunky kitten but Socks is like a piece of string.
She’s also a little flirt, prancing around Matt with her backside in his face, tail lifted, giving him come hither looks. Needless to say he’s not remotely interested 😹

Supersimkin · 11/09/2019 09:27

Olli is the perfect example of the Zen complete circle.

As for Socks & Matt: this famous Chinese poem was written about them in the 6th cent or so.

Mr C's toxic wind has eased off. That's poetry for you.

Weezol · 11/09/2019 10:04

I think Matt's at serious risk of loosing some weight if the midnight steeplechase continues.

Fluffy sadly not. I've had several surgeries and have had a ileostomy for 15 years, so it's kind of the way of things. Steroids are the answer but local medics are insanely risk averse and have a total blind spot when it comes to quality of life, so it's a 'life' on ESA these days.

I know the risks of steroids and have successfully reversed osteoparotic markers several times with diet and exercise - I'm a differential diagnosis volunteer for med students and an ostomate peer-trainer when I'm fit, but apparently deemed incapable of informed opinion (vis 'childbearing years, despite the fact I'm in my forties). If I was male I would have been on low level steroids for years and probably still have some kind of job.

Current Named Nurse says. 'No kindle Mama. Nap time now!'

It's the combination of the driving rain and vet, Ollie reckons if he slaps his tail AND paws over his eyes it will all go away...

Papergirl1968 · 11/09/2019 10:21

Ahh, that’s such a lovely poem, Lana.

coastergirl · 11/09/2019 10:36

I don't think the boys are speaking to me...or each other.

After me saying they aren't interested in the baby, Bertie has just had his head right in the baby's face when he was having a bottle. Think he was after the milk which is disgusting special stuff for milk allergies. Strange little cat.

They've just realised your babe is here to stay Grin

Babe will no doubt be the apple of the eye shortly.

Supersimkin · 11/09/2019 11:49

Flowers Weezol, Crohn's is a tough call - v impressed re the medical volunteering. Weezolcat reckons you have got a job, her care is more valuable than being chaiman of BP or anything like that. Not that she'll be paying you overtime or anything.

YesQueen · 11/09/2019 12:49

@Weezol Ollie says he will come and have nap time, he's v unimpressed with his human

Fluffycloudland77 · 11/09/2019 13:50

I meant for MrC Weezol.

I wonder if matched betting is allowed on esa though?.

YesQueen · 11/09/2019 14:31

All done here. Spectacular display of pretending to be a void so the vet wouldn't see him, and then whacking her with his paw to object to the worming tablet Blush
Exhausted now me not Ollie

Supersimkin · 11/09/2019 16:16

Mr C is also back from his outing, the vet says there's 0 wrong with his guts.

He only weighs 3.2kg. Was 8kg ie bigger than Matt a year back. Now just a tiny hairy fairy.

Awful smashing noises from the kitchen, the reward ham is no longer. Then got offered belly to tickle.

Papergirl1968 · 11/09/2019 17:35

Blimey, Lana. That’s a huge difference.

YesQueen · 11/09/2019 18:47

This did not go well

Papergirl1968 · 11/09/2019 19:15

Oh goodness. What happened?
I had to tell Socks earlier she was taking her life in her hands by going for Matt’s tail...

YesQueen · 11/09/2019 19:22

So sorry Ollie. I come out now?

Pilling the cat: 100 easy steps
Supersimkin · 11/09/2019 19:41

Just a little puff of down, really, little angel that he is.

The frail, geriatric scrap of fur has stolen a sausage from INSIDE the fridge. Mewing for more.

Oh Paws, cats can be very touchy about their tails. Your house is unbeleeevably spotless Queen. Especially for a multi-pet household.

YesQueen · 11/09/2019 19:48

Oh it's a complete tip, honestly! Ollie whacked paws over the head several times until paws lay belly up under the footstool pleading forgiveness. They had kisses after HmmConfused

coastergirl · 11/09/2019 20:23

My Walty knows I am very sad tonight. He's staying close and quietly watching.

coastergirl · 11/09/2019 20:25

Sorry for the blurry pic. He moved at the last second. Angry baby arm in the background.

Supersimkin · 11/09/2019 21:06

walty full of sympathy. Baby, not so much.
